1. 备忘录(Memo Writing)
首先,备忘录是一种正式的专业文件,多用于机构组织中,所以通常要求内容结构清晰,简明扼要,传递迅速。备忘录约定俗成的格式一般由以下五个部分组成:
To:收文人
From: 发文人(全名,无需称呼语)
Date: 日期
Subject:事由,要求做简略陈述即可
Message:正文,陈述最重要的信息或结论,通常包括5个要素(who, what, when,where,why),注意写作内容不需要过分的高阶词汇做修饰,但应表达清楚准确,语气要正式、礼貌,这样通常都能拿高分。
注:结尾处不需要结束语和签名。
2. 便笺写作(Note Writing)
便笺,类似于我们熟知的留言条,通常可表达通知、请求和留言等内容,形式简单,语言随意、简洁且口语化,切忌繁文缛节。
便笺的书写格式如下:
