开展作文修改和讲评活动是夯实语言基础、提高英语写作水平的有效途径。在我们国内,著名教学法专家邱学华老师的尝试教学法是在教与学的过程中,大胆启用学生,在老师的不断引导中让学生积极参与,在以学生为主,以自学为主,以练习为主的三主原则下,努力让学生自我解决,尝试成功。
下面是本教学法在英语写作讲评中的具体实施过程:
整个过程分为四个步骤
(一)展示错误,尝试归类
一堂好的讲评课,远比上好普通一堂英语课所花的备课时间要多得多,当然教学效果也好得多。写作讲评课前把学生习作中出现的各种错误显示给学生,使学生心中有数、有的放矢。然后让学生尝试分类,最后将分类情况利用投影仪展示给其他学生(在此之前老师预先把问题用幻灯进行分类)。对于学生课后写的作文,我一般采用全批。以前我批改作文总是一处不漏地勾出错误,甚至将错误一一改正,可学生拿到本子后,往往就看一下评语和分数,很少会去看是什么错误,致使以后再犯相似的错误。这样一来,教师批改得很辛苦,效果却不怎么好。原因有两点:(1) 让学生不花任何工夫就可得到正确答案,反而容易忘记。(2)面对练习本上一道道的批示,学生心理上容易产生自卑感,觉得自己没能力学好写作,也就不去查找出错的原因。针对这种情况,我有时用符号代替,叫学生自己改正。比如:属于语法错误的用G,句子错误的用S,冠词遗漏或多用的用A等。这样,学生看到作业本上的符号就知道属于哪方面的错误。学生自己改正了的错误才会记得牢,下次写时才不会犯这方面的错误。有时只划出有明显有关语法、关键词、重要句的错误,放手让学生自主地在写作及修改时发现错误并及时改正;有时采用讲评课集中解决,有些错误可以让学生共同参与修改,这样做可以为学习营造一个积极的氛围,培养学生互相支持和尊重的良好习惯。
(二)设疑讨论,尝试解决
这是课堂教学环节的关键。根据显示的问题,老师精心设置疑问,在设疑时老师一定要找准错误的焦点,然后诱导学生讨论。在讨论中学生可以依问题分组讨论(一个组几个问题),也可以分组讨论所有问题,让学生主动地动口、动手、动脑,各抒己见。此时,学生注意力高度集中,思维高度紧张而活泼,这时老师稍加点拨学生就会心有灵犀一点通,使之有柳暗花明又一村的欣喜,把课堂教学推向高潮。在讨论中还要注意培养学生的多角度、多层次、全方位地分析解决问题的能力,做到举一反三,触类旁通。如:刚才学生展示归类后,分组进行讨论,尝试解决归类的句子错因。学生在习作中找出的错误类型大致有以下几条:缺谓语,动词使用错误,形似词混用,时态错误,词性混用,主谓不一致,中式英语等。这是探究活动。也等于是给学生另一次改错练习的机会,而且这些错句是学生中普遍存在的现象,学生印象深刻。教师在此间进行启发、帮助,而学生发挥了主体作用,通过发现问题、解决问题、归纳总结,真正成为了学习的主人,思维自然处于积极状态。
(三)尝试训练,强化巩固
针对重点、疑点而进行的针对性练习(学生习作的选取、错题的选择要有针对性),在尝试练习中要注意前面分析过的谬因误点一旦出现再讨论、辨别,从而达到知识的落实。从设疑环节的单句改错到习作改错,这是一个很好的强化训练过程。一般一节课可以修改1~2 篇学生习作。下面是我的学生的一篇习作。斜黑体字为错点。

本篇出现了新的错误,I and brother (人称排列错误);let myself to(动词不定式使用错误)等,要特别提醒学生。这一环节是学生合作和探究并用。
(四)尝试归纳,总结落实
这一环节是让学生学会欣赏佳句,如何对习作进行评价,打分。(老师可适当地进行补充,关键的地方起到画龙点睛的作用)。让学生在归纳的基础上,感性地了解高考书面表达的要求(学生仅运用基础的词汇和基本的句型,不能体现出较强的语言运用能力,即使表达无语法错误,也不能得高分,仅用这些句型组织的句子单一、无生气,不能给人一种含金量高的审美享受;相反有些错误,目的在有意识地使用复杂结构或较高级词汇,也不扣分,仍属于最高档次。)培养写作技巧,提高写作能力。从而把握自己写作的尺度,最重要的是学会如何润色,力争在高考书面表达中获得满意的分数。首先可让学生尝试找出佳句,活跃课堂气氛.

本结构先用when it comes to ...引出话题,再用some...others
...这个对立的结构引出了两种相反的观点,然后说There is some truth in

1,记忆方法(仅介绍几种)
(1)发声动觉记忆和书写动觉记忆
学习英语最根本的就是记忆,无论是平时背诵课文还是记忆单词,句子,一边读一边写,效果都比只读不写或只写不读好.在记忆时,读书的声音要洪亮,如果用手指在空中或桌子上划,使记忆活动立体化,有利于记忆.
(2)形象记忆和联想记忆
形象记忆要求学生有充分的想象力,将无规律的单词记忆串起来,如book,look中oo像眼睛,与"看"有关,在对课文的形象记忆时可以通过表现课文内容的画面或在头脑里产生的相关情景而实现.联想记忆在记忆单词时,通过查字典找出词缀,词干,联想同义词,同类词,反义词,派生词,对照词等,如由appreciate联想到love\enjoy\like等同类词.
(3)循环记忆和分类记忆
按照遗忘先快后慢的规律,背诵应该在最初记忆过后,最近期内多复习,然后逐渐减少;背诵时可以按照共同的框架从整体上加以把握,进行分类记忆.
2,阅读方法
(1) 搜寻性阅读:搜寻文中的信息,注意文章的标题,开头,结尾及其它概括性的段落和句子.
(2)理解性阅读:通读全文,把握段与段,句与句,文章内部之间的关系,理解作者的意图.
(3) 评价性阅读:对文章中某些内容做出鉴定和判断,在对文章信息做出判断之前必须仔细阅读,深入理解.在阅读时要把作者的观点与材料分开,明确作者的观点,研究论据的类型以及论据与论点之间的关系,注意作者明确提出或暗示的假设和设想,最后决定自己的态度.
(4) 记忆性阅读:对文章进行记忆性训练,把握文章的人物,事件,时间,地点等.
(5) 创造性阅读:带着自己提出的某些新见解去阅读,结合作者的观点与自己的问题提出问题,同时根据词根,词缀猜测生词意思.
同学们不妨可根据阅读文章的需要,尝试以上方法,最好能结合自己的阅读经验加以实践.
3,其他学习方法
(1)词,句,文结合学习法
文章常由句来支撑,句子由词支撑,词不离句,句不离文.学习时应将词,句,文结合能使语义和语用得到统一,情景和上下文得到统一,有助于提高英语理解能力.
(2)联系对比学习法
在学习语法的过程中,经常会遇到似是而非的现象,如系表结构和被动语态,现在分词和动名词等,用对比归纳出其中的异同点的方法,便于识记.
(3)借鉴汉语学英语语法
对在英汉两种语言中语法形式和意义方面区别明显的内容,同学们容易掌握,而彼此不同而区别又不大的内容学生不易掌握,尤其是两者的语序不同是学习的难点,学习过程中同学们要借助比较的方法,认清并掌握它们.
三,学好英语的基本环节
1,高一学生常见问题:
(1)上课前,对授课内容不预习,坐等教师讲解.教师讲什么就听什么,教师教什么就学什么,学习处于被动状态.
(2)课堂上像录音机,速记员,只顾记笔记,不求深入思考,不能举一反三.
(3)课堂上不记笔记,知识掌握漏洞多,马虎作业错误多.
