询盘:inquiry或enquiry在对外贸易中，询盘，也叫询价.是买方或买方对于所要购买或回出售的商品向答另一方作出的询问.
发盘:Offers.通常是以广告，传单，信件或回应询盘的方式发出的。发盘的定义为：交易的一方为了销售或购买一批商品，向对方提出有关的交易条件，并表示愿按这些条件达成一笔交易，这种意思表示的行为称作发盘.
还盘:Counteroffer受盘人不同意发盘中的交易条件而提出修改或变更的意见，称为还盘.法律上叫反要约。
