However, in our country, retirement for a certain age is necessary. Not because we have the largest population, but because the job opportunities are really competitive among the job hunters in our country. my hobby
i like to read books when i am free. i like to read all kinds of books including history books,detective story books,literature books or different magazines.
i think reading is a good habit as well as a nice hobby to keep. through reading, i understand a lot more things which i can't learn in class. reading opens my mind and heart, reading gives me wisdom and teach me a lot of valuable lessons too.

曾说“只有写作水平才能真正地反映一个人的语言修养”。当前大学英语四六级网考改革对大学生的英语
写作水平也提出了越来越高的要求，但是，当前学生过多地把精力放在听力和阅读训练上，忽略了写作能
力的培养，因受母语负迁移的影响在写作中出现了很多“中式英语”现象，写作仍是比较薄弱的一项。
关于母语对二语写作的影响，许多专家学者对此进行了研究，母语负迁移在外语学习和二语习得中是客观
存在的（Ellis, 1985）。在教育心理学理论中,迁移是指将学会了的行为从一种情境转移至另一种情境。母语迁移指的是母语的特征被转移到第二语言学习过程的现象。对于语言迁移的研究始于20世纪50年代。
Lad在其代表作Linguistics Across Cultures跨文化的语言学）中指出:学习者往往把其母语语言及其文化中的形式和意义迁移到所学的外语语言及其文化当中,这种迁移既体现在学习者的口语表达以及在与该外语文化有关的行动中,也体现在理解领会该外语语言及其文化的过程中。”Lado认为,母语中的原有习惯有时会促进二语的学习(正迁移),有时会阻碍二语的学习(负迁移)。如果母语的某种特征同目的语类似或完全一致时，在学习中就会（positive transfer

English is becoming more and more important under the trend of globalization, especially for us who often need to read a number of academic thesis in English and will work in the filed of IT finally.
However, my English is not as good as I wish it were actually. I have learned English for over ten years, but focus the most time and energy on preparing for English exam, so that I didn’ grasp how to use English really.
In my opinion, there are several reasons as following. Firstly, I can’t stick to learning English by myself. To tell the truth, I spent little time learning English unless there is an English examination. Secondly, I have no opportunity to talk with other people in English, and it’s seemed that there is no use of English in my life except passing the examination before I become a postgraate.
