个人建议：
雅思要想考高分（且4个单项都比较平均），并不是单纯背那么一两本词汇或写作书就能做到的，它考核的是对英语这种语言环境的熟练度，所以知识的积累很重要，这种积累应该渗透到生活的方方面面，平时多看像nytimes这样的时政网页，还可以多浏览国外的科技、人文、学术等期刊，当你对这些句子表述比较熟悉且又具备了一定的词汇量，写作时很多句子就都能脱笔而出了。词汇方面我倒觉得不要单背词汇书，边做剑5、剑6，边结合词汇书来提高，挺有效的，不妨试试，如果真要选一两本来背，可以考虑以下两本（两本书都很小巧，只有A4纸的1/4大，携带很方便，而且词汇以topic分类，记忆起来不会枯燥）。
