6。段落分明

7。上下相连
一篇文章既然有好几段，每段又有若干句子组成，我们在确保所写的句子语法上、用法上都准确，接下来就要考虑用好关联词，以连接不同段落、不同句子，如：f irst， second， finally ， last but not least， for one thing ， for another，on one hand ，on the other hand ， however ， therefore ， what is more， most important of all，in all ， in addition ……这些关联词语用了，并用得好，可以使文章读起来通顺，有一气呵成的感觉。
8。仔细检查
文章写好最后一道工序就是仔细检查看看有否差错需要改正。这包括有否单词拼错，人称是否一致，句子主谓是否一致，标点符号、字母大小写、单词移行等是否都正确，字数达到规定的要求否？逐字逐句读好改正，确实没有差错了，这才算是文章写好了。
