通知(通告，Notice)是要告知某种信息而使用的一种文体，它是上级对下级，领导对成员或者组织者对参与者传达事情，部署工作或者召开会议等所使用的日常生活中经常使用的文体。

写作格式：

1.标题：第一行正中央，首字母大写（NOTICE）

2.正文：通知的主体部分，一般写时间、地点、事情内容、通知对象、要求等等，尽可能用精炼的文字表达明确的信息。

3.署名：靠右对齐，署名个人或者单位

4.日期：书信式通知的日期可写在标题下一行的右上角；布告式通知的时间一般放在正文的左下角，低于落款。
