. 动笔之前,认真审题
《中考考试说明》指出,书面表达要切中题意。怎样才能切中题意?就是要认真审题,看到考题后,先不要急于动笔,要仔细看清题目要求的内容。在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面,确定短文的中心思想,不要匆匆下笔,看懂题意,根据图画、图表、提纲或短文提供的资料和信息来审题。审题要审格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。

书面表达评分原则有四条:
(1)内容要点;
(2)运用词汇和结构的数量;

由此可见,要点是给分的一个重要因素。为了防止写作过程中遗漏要点,同学们要充分发挥自己的观察力,把情景中给出的各个要点逐条列出。根据短文的中心思想考虑如何开头、展开和结尾,设想几个承上启下的连词,将主要句型、关键词语草草记下,形成提纲,写时切忌结构分散,废话连篇,严重跑题。书面表达,内容广泛,题材多样,要弄清考题的要求是写人、叙事、介绍、评论、图表、书信、日记、通知、便条还是看图作文或改写缩写。如果是日记,要写清年、月、日和天气情况;如果是书信,则要注意书信的格式,注意短文字数不要低于或超过规定的字数太多。
3. 语言通顺,表达准确
(1) 避免使用汉语式英语,尽量使用自己熟悉的句型。几种句型可交替使用,以避免重复和呆板。
(2) 多用简单句型,记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。可适当多使用陈述句、一般疑问句、祈使句和感叹句。不用或少用非谓语或情态动词等较复杂的句型。
(3).注意语法、句法知识的灵活运用。
1) 语态、时态要准确无误。
2) 主谓语要一致,主语的人称和数要和谓语一致。
3) 注意人称代词的宾格形式。
4) 注意冠词用法,例如: He is an honest student.中的an不能写成a。
5) 注意拼写、标点符号和大小写,例如:receive, believe, fourteen, forty, ninth, restaurant等。

4. 不会表达,另辟蹊径
中考作文给分是以要点和语言准确度而定,不以文采打分。造句越简单准确越好,造复合句容易出错,容易被扣分,阅卷场上有句话:“错误面前人人平等,文采好不加分”。如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达,可采用变通的办法,化难为易,化繁为简。总之,所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。
(1) 迂回而行
当汉语词义不会用英语表达时,可以想一个与这个汉语词义相似的几种词义。扩展思路,然后从英语中找出一个与其词义相近的代替。这样可有异曲同工之妙。
(2) 小词大用
汉语中有些语意看来很复杂很文雅,但在英语中可用一些常用词表达。下面这些词可能在你的书面表达中很有用:take, have, get, make, come, go, do, see, show, happy, nice, kind, help 等。
(3) 借花献佛
有时书面表达中需要的单词或词组或许在试卷中的其他地方出现。因为刚刚做过题,记忆犹新,那么就可信手拈来,为我所用。
5. 锦上添花,量力而行
如果你还有时间和精力,想把书面表达写得更好,那么,请注意以下几点:
(1) 句型多样化,不要I(We)……到底,使人觉得乏味。
(2) 适当使用一些并列句或主从复合句。
(3) 进一步描绘人或事物时,适当使用定语从句。
(4) 适当使用分词或分词短语,烘托谓语动词。
(5) 偶尔使用一下倒装句,增加新鲜感。
(6) 适当调换一下状语在句子中的位置,使句子不雷同。
(7) 上下句子紧接时,其中完全相同的成分可以省略,以节省篇幅。
6. 书写工整,卷面整洁

Many of them are from the North. 四、合并法 就是把两个或两个以上的简单句用一个复合句或较复杂的简单句表达出来。这种方法最能体现学生的英语表达能力,同时也最能提高文章的可读性。如: ◎ 我们迷路了,这使我们的野营旅行变成了一次冒险。 Our camping trip turned into an adventure when we got lost. ◎ 天气转晴了,这是我们没有想到的。 The weather turned out to be very good, which was more than we couldexpect. ◎ 狼是高度群体化的动物,它们的成功依赖于合作。 Wolves are highly social animals whose success depends upon their coopera-tion. 五、删减法 就是在写英语句子时,把相应汉语句子里的某些词、短语或重复的成分删掉或省略。如: ◎ 这部打字机真是价廉物美。 This typewriter is very cheap and fine indeed. 注:汉语表达中的“价”和“物”在英语中均无需译出。 ◎ 个子不高不是人生中的严重缺陷。 Not being tall is not a serious disadvantage in life, 注:汉语说“个子不高”,其实就是“不高”。也就是说,其中的“个子”在英语中无需译出。 六、移位法 由于英语和汉语在表达习惯上存在差异,根据表达的需要,某些成分需要前置或后移。如: ◎ 他发现赚点外快很容易。 He found it easy to earn extra money. 注:it在此为形式宾语,真正的宾语是句末的不定式to earn extra money。 ◎ 告诉我这事的人不肯告诉我他的名字。 The man who told me this refused to tell me his name. 注:who told me this为修饰the man的定语从句,应置于其后。 ◎ 直到我遇到你以后,我才真正体会到幸福。 It was not until I met you that I knew real happiness. 注:not…until…为英语中的固定句式,其意为“直到……才……”。 七、分析法 指根据要表示的汉语意思,通过进行语法分析和句式判断,然后写出准确地道的英语句子。如: ◎ 从这个角度看,问题并不像人们一般料想的那样严重。Seen in this light, the matter is not as serious as people generally suppose. 注:分词短语作状语时,其逻辑主语应与句子主语一致,由于the matter与sec之间为被动关系,故see要用过去分词scen。 ◎ 我没有见过他,所以说不出他的模样。 Not having met him, I cannot tell you what he is like. 注:如果分词的动作发生在谓语动作之前,且与逻辑主语是主动关系,则用现在分词的完成式。 八、意译法 有的同学在写句子时,一遇见生词或不熟悉的表达,就以为是“山穷水尽”了。其实,此时我们可以设法绕开难点,在保持原意的基础上,用不同的表达方式写出来。如: ◎ 汤姆一直在扰乱别的孩子,我就把他撵了出去。 Tom was upsetting the otherchildren, so I showed him the door. ◎ 有志者事竟成。 Where there is a will, there is away. ◎ 你可以同我们一起去或是呆在家中,悉听尊便。 You can go with us or stay athome, whichever you choose. 当然,同学们在写句子时千万不要拿句子去套方法,也不要拿方法去套句子。处处留心皆学问。只要加强知识的积累,一定还会有更多更好的方法。

注意点:
1.such+a+形容词+名词+that…,可以改写成:so+形容词+a+名词+that…,例句(1)可以改写成:she is so good a teacher that we all love her.
2.在such+形容词+名词复数或不可数名词+that…结构中,形容词如果是many/few或much/little时,用so不用such,即:so+many/few+可数名词复数+that…,so+much/little+不可数名词+that…

注意点:当这几个句型连接主语时,谓语动词的人称和数要考虑“就近原则”,对比both…and… 来记忆,both…and…连接主语时视为复数。
句型(三)enough+名词+to do…——有足够的……做某事
形容词/副词+enough+to do …——足够……做某事
例如:(1)there is enough room to hold these people to have a meeting.有足够的地方容下这些人开会。
(2)the boy is strong enough to carry the heavy box.这个男孩力气够大,能搬动这只箱子。
注意点:enough做副词修饰形容词或副词时,放在所修饰词的后面,句子可以用so…that…句型改写。例句(2)可以改写为:the boy is so strong that he can carry the heavy box.这个男孩力气很大,能搬动这只箱子。
句型(四)too+形容词/副词+to do…——太……以致不能……
例如:(1)i was too excited to say a word.我激动得一个字也说不出来。

一、注重写作教学的基本训练阶段

语言教学最高层次是应用。英语属于结构语言,它有自己的基本句型、固定搭配、固定短语等,这些都是不可变的,要想在写作中用上它们,用好它们,必须加强这方面的基本训练。首先,加强五种基本句型结构教学。几乎所有的英语句型都是五种句型的扩大、延伸或变化,因此训练学生“写”就要抓住五种基本句型的训练,让他们把这五种基本句型记牢,不断运用。五种基本句型是:

(1)S+V;

(2)S+V+O;

(3)S+V+O+O;

(4)S+V+P;

(5)S+V+O+C。

五种基本句型虽然能表达一定的意思,但无法比较自由地表达思想,因此还必须对学生进一步进行扩句训练,在课堂上充分发挥学生的想像力,进行扩句练习。其次,加强句型教学,要对一些句子进行分析,增强他们利用各种句子进行一意多种表达的训练。再次,充分利用新教材中“巩固语言的练习,”对学生进行基本语感的训练。

二、注重写作训练的多样化

听、说、读、写四种技能是相互依赖的,说的能力有赖于听的能力,进而有助于写作。听是理解和吸收口头信息的手段。听和读是输入,只有达到足够的输入量,才能保证学生具有较好的说和写的输出能力。因此,在日常的教学中要注重写作训练的多样化。

首先,在Dialogue的教学中,除了听录音、对话、表演和编写相似的对话外,还要求学生把对话改写成一段短文,这样就要求学生在变成短文的过程中,注意时态、语态、人称和前后的逻辑关系,从而为写作打下基础。

其次,在Reading教学中,回答问题时要求学生必须用自己的语言,且人称、时态要做相应的变化,这样既能搞懂本意,又能用同义句表达,提高了表达能力。还要让学生用课文中的词组进行复述,学生复述课文不是件容易的事,既要把握课文中的重点,逻辑关系,又要用自己的语言把主要内容表达出来。这样既锻炼了他们组织篇章结构、句子与句子之间逻辑关系的能力,又提高了语言的精炼度,使自己的`写作能力有了很快地提高。

再次,在“Listening”教学中,除了让学生听懂做完听力练习之外,还让他们把练习作为guide进行复述听力材料,有时还让他们写在作文本上。

三、注重写作训练的规范化

高中起始阶段的写作训练,培养学生的写作模式是非常重要的。我按教师用书上说明的写作步骤,即:①构思(讨论题目);②写提纲(理顺思想的逻辑关系);③起草(打草稿);④校订(检查错误,重新安排内容);⑤修改(定稿)。对学生进行写作模式的训练。这样看起来比较麻烦,但避免了反复,养成了好的写作习惯。再就是书写和文体格式要规范。严格要求学生正确、端正、熟练地书写字母、单词和句子,注意大小写和标点符号,养成良好的书写习惯。。同时对各种文体特点、格式要讲清楚,使学生熟悉规范的书面表达形式,用正确的标准评析和规范自己的书面表达。

四、注重教师的指导作用

教师批改是写作教学的有机组成部分,批改过程中,教师的指导作用就在于肯定学生的成绩,指出错误,给学生以恰当的评价。但在批改过程中,如果抓住学生的错误不放,有错必纠,改到最后,就变成了教师自己的作品;如果对错误视而不见,写得再多也收效甚微。我根据教学实践,对于新教材中的“有指导的写”的写作训练,规定学生限时写完,同桌、前后桌互相批改,重新行文,再上交。这样批改起来就非常轻松,而且典型错误,很容易找出,有利于讲评。对于新教材中的“自由写作”训练,我指导学生弄清主题,抓住要点,组词造句,安排好顺序,过渡到段落形成短文,多用熟悉的单词和句型,多用五种基本句型表达。然后让学生共同研究,互相评论写好的草稿,以便最后写出修改的稿子来,这就有助于减轻教师修改作业的负担,也有利于学生写作水平的提高。
