我参加了十一届淄博考点的复赛，最后是全国二等奖。平常英语考试大概是130-145，从来没参加过课外的英语辅导，自我感觉口语挺差。仅供参考。
复赛考试前我们学校一直在暑假补课高三一轮复习，我一点都没准备，有种破罐子破摔的心态……真的没时间准备。我们英语老师跟我说不必特意准备。我用的是专业八级的写作指导和官网上的往届作文，就把这些大致看了一下。
作文复赛题基本都会出让你有话说的那种。我感觉逻辑最重要，作文思路要清，多用连接词。准备几句名人名言。适当添加一些亮点，比如反问开头、比喻句。我由于水平限制，没大用高级词汇和太高级的句式，字数也是卡着要求过的。
听力呢，我觉得语速还可。比较不适应的是所有听力材料无论长短都只读一遍，而且题与题之间没有提示音。所以你如果在听力播放答题要求的间隙去读材料的话，注意及时回归你要答的题，不要等根本不存在的提示音。如果要准备，那就在平时听力练习中训练一次听懂的能力。
口语……我们考点有的人一考完口语脸都绿了……人机形式，录音。十一届是10秒准备，60秒自我介绍。然后再30秒准备，90秒话题陈述。话题陈述题目随机，会包括5-6个问题，要快审题，因为倒计时90秒的时候就看不见问题了，凭记忆。不知道是不是我口语不大好的缘故，感觉挺难。这个如果准备的话……关注下青少年都比较喜欢的东西。比如有个人跟我说抽到了哈利波特……流畅最重要，一定要让自己有话说。表达上不必太花哨。

A good face is a letter of recommendation
Some people say beauty is just a skin deep. I don’t quite agree with them. Good appearance often makes a big differencommunication, competition， finding jobs and so on. Not only can good appearance help you become more confident， but also it helps you be impressed. If you want to get a good job，the first sight is important. Physical beauty is ①probable to draw much attention.
However，we have to face this problem. We have no right to choose our appearance. When necessary，we can make up ourselves. 文中语言错误有两处：① probable改为likely。probable不能用某人或某物作主语，常用it作形式主语，构成it is probable for sb. to do sth.结构。② regardless之后加of。regardless of是复合介词，意为“不理会、不顾”。

一、要研究作文的本质特点:
它是学生眼中的世界，反映了学生对客观事物的认识，体现着他们各自的个性。作文的本质是体现特点是体现自我心意、自我个性、自我思想，是学生对生活不同积累、不同感悟后的再创造。让学生善于创新是培养学生作文能力的关键。
培养学生作文的创新能力就应更多地考虑学生智力及非智力因素的差异性，不搞“一刀切”，把作文教学封闭在课堂里，封闭在范文的表达形式上，封闭在教师的主观意念里，而是给学生充分的自由度，广阔的空间度，激发学生的创造才能，使不同层次的学生都能充分展示自我心意、自我个性、自我思想，创设良好的写作心境。
二、克服学生怕作文的心理：
学生有沉重的心理负担都是老师给的，因此解铃还须系铃人，教师要考虑学生写作心理规律，考虑英语作文能反映社会生活的多样性。这些特点，要求尽量在“宽”字上下功夫，培养学生英语写作的兴趣，调动学生英语写作的积极性。A、命题要宽。教师应鼓励学生在平日的日记中写不同题材、不同体裁、命题新颖的文章。同时考试的命题最好以母子题或填空题的形式出现，如母题《Write a thing/ an event about…》”，子题让学生自己写；填空题《I like …》、《If …》等，这样的题目能给学生留有选择内容、发挥才能、体现自我的余地，从而充分发挥学生的创造性思维。B、评改要宽。在以往的教学中，教师在这方面花的时间确实很多，但往往收效甚微，其原因就在于学生没有参与修改的过程，体会不到修改的意义，他们看重的是分数的多少。因此教师修改的权力要下放，修改的方式、修改的面要宽。这种评价没有一个客观的指标体系作为衡量标准，而是凭借教师的教学经验进行主观评定，也就是人们常说的作文印象评价法。但从创新这个角度出发，教师应对学生的英语作文进行新的审视与新的评价，应尽量克服因教师个人观点的狭隘性而带给学生的负面效应。教师对学生的写作评分要宽，多数为A、B档次提高英语写作积极性，让学生树立写作的自信心。
