所以，如果说要限电，绝不能限居民的电，居民每天的用电量对于工厂来说实在太微不足道了。可见缺电并不是主要的原因，就算有再多的电，如果不好好利用，只是一味的浪费，那么“电荒”问题永远得不到解决。如果能通过限工业用电改掉那些浪费国家资源的坏毛病，何乐而不为呢？
