Nowadays more and more people are overweight, that's because they eat too much. They may fond of junk food, fried food, cakes and so on which contain large engine and fat. And they spend little time on exercises. That is the reason they get fat.
On the other hand, some people eat little and they are very thin. Some of them are vegetalians while others just think they are too fat but actually they are not fat.
