Hello! My name is Paul. I’ like to introce my family to you. I have a warm family. There’re four people in my family. They are my father, my mother, my grandfather and I. Note的英文解释是a short informal letter。从字面意思上看就是非正式的、简短的信，也就是便条内。便条是相对memo来说容更为简单的一种写作形式。它的格式较为不正式，语言更加口语化。它通常是一个人写给另一个人，它的对象是个人而非全体人员。例如你不能给一个部门写。一般情况下note都是手写的。

⑸ 商务英语写作具体格式
非信件类，每一段空一行，每段开头不需要空格，顶格写。
如果是信内件类，首先称呼也是顶格写，容空一行开始写正文。正文开头顶格写，写完一段空一行，再顶格开始写下一段。
落款顶格写，即写完正文后，空一行然后在最左边落款。
