我可以很负责的告诉你抄，没有一种考试能有效提高交际英语水平的。考试都是模式化的东西，即便像雅思和托福口语也是有套路可循。我人现在英国已两年，当时考雅思来的，分数也不低可是到了跟人说话的时候那些为了考试背的东西真起不到作用。还是建议多看看英文原声电影，到旅游景点什么的找老外聊聊，他们在异国他乡也希望有本地人能聊天所以不用害怕。
如果你还是想用考试提高，那建议报托福，贵是贵了点但考试强度比较大，尤其有超长时间的口语自述。准备的时候可以每天对着麦克风说，然后录下来，每天比对这样能督促自己进步。

『陆』 急：英语口语考试，题目是“介绍你喜爱的一道中国菜的做法”
1、把西红柿洗干净，切方块状；
