How to treat pressure
In modern society, everyone has pressure from everywhere. Maybe it is for study, work, money or emotion and so on. Moreover, everyone has his own way to deal with it. Some read, some exercise, and others like working or enjoying in their gardens. From my point of view, it is the best way to have a good attitude or healthy psychology which can help me balance everything.
Inevitably, each of us will meet the difficulty in our work, our business. So I more prefer to handle with a healthy psychology. For instance, when I have an achievement or promotion, it means I worked hard and I have finished everything successfully. But if not, maybe I am not so good; consequently I need to work harder and harder. I would not complain the result. Why I didn’ get the achievement? And why I had no promotion? It is nothing and useless. This would only give me more pressure partly and influence my following work. On the contrary, I would get a new success if I come out of the sadness immediately. Apart from work, in my life, I would like to cherish the relationship or feelings with anybody no matter who is a friend or relative. Accordingly, I enjoy the happiness with a good attitude. I like sharing the friendship with my friends. Because I can get their help when I am in trouble or I couldn’t solve the matter all by myself. Certainly including my relatives, their supports give me so much strength, though sometimes these supports will be pressure. But I must balance my heart, my mind. The reason is the only that all of things are greatly e to love. For this reason, I can be relieved of these contradictions to be a fortunate man and a happy person.
Actually, to rece pressure is very simple. Don’t be anxious and impatient when you have the difficulty or you are unhappy. Everything is nothing. Happiness is just around us, each of whom can touch it only with an open mind.
