首先 课本（如果你用的是人教版）里的单词一共有3000个左右

所以 课本单词占百分之九十五啊 是相当重要的
一定要好好背扎实了
不仅是课本上的意思 最好还可以被下那个单词的常用搭配
另外 你所说的高频单词 只是一些商家的幌子
最好的累计课外单词的方法就是 做阅读
多做阅读既可以巩固课内的 也可以开拓课外的
而且你的分数很低 并不是掌握什么高频单词足够的

3. 高考英语口语考试常用语

1.勤奋和持续坚持。大多数人学不好英语根本的原因是懒惰和三天打鱼两天晒网。
2. 把英语当成一门声音而不是文字来学。英语首先是一门声音，文字不过是声音的标本而已。所以大量的声音输入和输出是必不可少的，早期要多运用耳朵和嘴巴，少用眼睛一个儿童学会母语靠得就是听说，打通耳朵是其学习语言的第一步，它首先在它听不懂的噪音里建立声音秩序。
3. 建议从学单词开始就听音背单词，建立起人对英语单词声音形象的条件反射能力。而且英语单词的拼写大多数是有规律的，你记住了它的声音，拼写也就简单了，你说也就能脱口而出了。

对于单选题，生词不是很多，根据基础的语法点，背或读句子就行。这样可以培养语感，因为一个语法点的句式是不会变的。
作文尽量用简单的句子，防止看卷的人挑更多的毛病。背一些历年高考题作文答案中的开头句，结尾句，转折句。应该就没问题了。

6. 有广东省高考英语口语考试经验的请进！
1、PartA生词一般不会太多，如果你记不住标准朗读的音标的话，那就按照自己想读的去读，只要不卡就行了。这一部分是考你的语速的，不会掐你的发音。
2、PartB我记得去年的不是人机对话，是给你一段对话然后根据对话的内容来回答问题（某种程度也算人机对话了吧= =），一定要在听对话的时候记住对话的内容，最好写在草稿纸上，写下关键词就行了。这一部分是考你的听力的。至于“对问题加以修饰”我实在看不懂这是什么意思......
3、PartC是看视频讲一个故事，当然要扩展所给的内容，先翻译了中文的那段介绍，再根据想象扩充一下，最好加一点个人的见解，比如你觉得故事的主人公是个什么样的人啊，他的品德哪里值得我们学习啊……之类的。这部分考的是你编故事的能力和你整体的语音语调，最好有点感情。不需要读的太快。
