Ⅶ 如何在小学英语教学中有效运用课堂评价

激励性评价是采用以激励为主要手段的评价来鼓励学生的学习行为，借以创造其成就感，培养其信心，让其在宽松的学习环境中体验成功的喜悦，激活内心的学习动机和兴趣。所以说，激励性评价对教学尤其是英语口语教学有着极为重要的意义。因此我们提倡：要以宽容的态度对待学生的每一个失误，要以赞许的目光肯定学生的点滴进步，要以真诚的情感发现学生的创新闪光点。作为一名小学英语教师，我认为在英语课堂上给予学生的激励性评价，应该有热情的支持，有充分的肯定，有真实的尊重，有温馨的提示，也有委婉的批评；让学生学得活泼、自信、愉悦，在英语课堂教学中，努力做到让学生想说、敢说、爱说、能说。我们常常发现，许多教师虽然注意了评价，但评价语单调乏味，模棱两可，喊来喊去都是那几句老话。事实上，英语课上的评价不应拘泥于一种形式，它应因人而异，因课而异，因时而异，根据发生的情况随机应变，教师要创造性地对学生进行评价，使被评价的学生都能体验到学习成功的满足，都能提高学习的兴趣，都能更积极主动地投入学习，真正让课堂评价语言发挥其独有的魅力。

在英语课堂教学工作中，形式多样化的激励性评价：

一、语言激励：

• 英语教学中，运用语言激励，能发展学生的潜能，帮助学生认识自我，建立自信。我在实践中发现，语言激励能激发学生的学习动机，唤起学生的求知欲望，促进知识的掌握。

• 当孩子们认真听讲的时候，我的评价用语以赞扬为主，既能使我表扬的孩子树立信心，又能树立榜样，以感染、熏陶、带动其他的孩子。课堂上当有的孩子不认真听讲时，我也是以激励鼓励为主，尽力帮助孩子们认识到自己的不足之处，进而改变自我，而不是一味地点名批评。我认为赤裸裸的点名批评常常会造成孩子的抵触情绪，甚至导致孩子自暴自弃，而这种委婉的说法则令学生比较容易接受并且改正不足。对于站起来回答问题特别好的孩子，我从来不吝啬自己的赞美。记得在一节英语拓展活动课上，我出了一些有关英语的机智问答题，其中有些内容都是超出课本范围的。结果有好些个学生开动脑筋勤于思考，把几个难题都解决了。我当即真诚地看着孩子们的眼睛大加赞扬。事后，我的那几个得到表扬的学生在课后告诉我，最喜欢上英语拓展活动课了。当英语课堂中孩子听的不完全懂或者说的不完整时，他们的脸上常会表现出紧张迷茫困惑等表情。这时候千万不能直白地批评他们，而要给予激励和引导。在一节校级公开课上，有一位平时成绩比较落后的孩子举手发言，当我叫她起来回答问题时，看得出来她非常的紧张，两只小手紧紧地绞住衣服。我耐心地鼓励她说Take it easy．（轻松一点，别紧张）同时面带微笑地看着她说“I believe you can do it．”（老师相信你能说得好）。在我的鼓励下，她终于说出了答案。当学生不敢、不会说时，更应该鼓励孩子多做尝试，比如对孩子说Can you try?Try，please．（你能再尝试一下吗?请再试试看）这样孩子们虽然没回答出来，也会努力争取下一次的表现机会，而不是灰心失望，自暴自弃。小组合作活动及交流时，我常挂在嘴上的是Your group acted out the dialogue so perfectly．（你们这组表演对话真棒）孩子们小小年纪有着很强的集体荣誉感，适当的鼓励会让他们的积极性大大提高。
  

二、非语言激励：

• 体态语在英语教学中占有非常重要的地位。在日常的英语课堂教学中，学生“感受英语、理解英语、欣赏英语、表现英语、创作英语的能力”往往通过教师体态语言的激励而发挥得更加淋漓尽致。因此，在英语课堂教学中，除了用一些激励性的英语词汇以外，一些学生不明白的地方我常常会用一些表情、手势或是肢体语言让学生领会。比如有学生回答不够完整，我会用亲切期待的目光注视着他，面带微笑、轻轻点头以示鼓励；如果回答错了，我也不直接说错，而是轻轻地摇头，暗示他们再做尝试，纠偏补漏。这种做法比直接批评要委婉得多，学生也更容易认同合作。又比如有个别学生上课不遵守纪律，我会走近那个学生，用眼神制止他，鼓励他做出我期待中的反应，而非直接批评。可以这么说，恰当地使用体态语不仅能淋漓尽致地表达自己的思想感情，也可使听讲的学生更能心领神会。

三、竞争激励：

• 小学生有着好胜心强，而持久性差的心理特点，因此在课堂中我适当地使用了竞争激励评价，这有助于教学目标的达成。英语课堂中的竞争激励形式也比较多样化，从内容来看，可以是对话、单词识记、朗读、角色表演等各方面的竞争激励；从数量上来看，可以是群体与群体之间竞争激励，也可以是个体与个体之间竞争激励。我在课堂上常常使用的是小星星评比的方式，内容包括智慧星和纪律星等等，充分调动了孩子的积极性，提高了孩子的注意力。值得注意的是，竞争激励必须面面俱到，决不能只注重个别表现优异的学生，而应该为每个学生创造成功的条件和机会，帮助他们克服学习英语的心理障碍，调动积极性，发挥自己的特长。

四、情感激励：

• 情感激励要求教师以情感人，以情动人，使学生从内心感受到温暖和爱，进而奋发向上。我们教师在课堂上要做到用心上课用情交流。教育实践证明，激发学生良好的心理动机，调动其积极性和创造热情，离不开行之有效的情感激励。现在的学生思想活跃，情感丰富，知识面广，我们在开展教育工作时，应体现以“关心、理解、尊重、信任”为主要表现形式的情感因素。尤其对于一些学困生更应给予最多的关爱，让他们觉得在老师心目中他们和好孩子一样重要，从而激励他们奋发向上。作为英语教师我总是保持微笑，平易近人，让孩子们觉得我是他们的朋友，我和他们之间的关系是平等协作的关系，这样能消除孩子们在学习过程中紧张、焦虑、恐惧的心理，创设一种轻松、愉快的学习环境。同时通过创设情景，运用多种有效的教学方法、手段，充分激发学生的学习兴趣，更好地调动学生的学习主动性，树立自信心。
