如果是小孩子的话，先看他的单词量了版
问他 关于姓名权，身高，年龄，兴趣爱好等简单的对话（这些都可以用一些短句回答的）
例如： how are you?

how old are you?
are you student?
what is your faverite food?
如果OK的话，就进一步问一些需要段落回答的问题，例如，今天一天做的事情，或是炒鸡蛋的步骤是什么之类的问题

小学英语口语测试的方式：
课改后的终结性评价更强调孩子的综合语言运用能力，引入了口试和听力测试。《课标》中在语言技能部分对一级二级的“说”有明确的描述，如“能根据录音模仿说英语。能相互交流简单的信息。能就所熟悉的个人和家庭情况进行简短的对话等。”
根据课标的要求，小学英语口语测试的方式有：朗读、对话交流、看图说话、根据话题表述
朗读：
朗读可以分为单词朗读、句子朗读和语段朗读。单词朗读主要测试学生的发音及单词重音。句子朗读主要测试连读、失爆、句子重音和语调等。语段朗读除由单机朗读和句子朗读的测试功能外，还能测试学生在意群停段、语气转换、朗读的自然流畅等方面的水平。朗读是最基础的口语测试，主要测试学生的语音基础，不能代替口语表达能力的测试。“把朗读作为小学口语能力的教学目标，是因为适当的朗读对学生是有好处的。除了朗读单词之外，要提供一些语段让学生能够有情感的去朗读。（张连仲）”
语音能力是口语表达的基础，因此这一方法虽然简单，但仍为许多正规的考试所采用。
回答问题：
回答问题是一种最常用的口试方法，主要测试学生单句表达和简单语段表达的能力。在设计题型的时候，要尽量避免使用Yes, No来回答的问题。即使是特殊疑问句，也要尽量用完整句来回答，否则，回答问题的测试就变成了听力理解，而不是语言表达能力了。
看图说话：
看图说话是一种很常用的口试方法。可以用图片、照片，也可以用图表、广告作为口试资料。小学英语口试多用图片。它考查学生语段表达的能力。图片可以是单图，也可以是系列图片。单图测试学生的描述能力，系列图片测试学生叙述故事的能力。图片也可以用于测试学生的会话能力。比如给两幅图片找不同，两位学生各拿一幅图，通过会话找出两幅图的不同，教师观察，分别给两位学生的表达能力进行打分。
看图说话的优点：
1．考试成绩不受听力和阅读的影响，是纯粹的口语测试。
2．提供了直观的说话内容，避免因主题不熟而无话可说的尴尬，使测试目标集中于语言的表达而非内容的构思。
3．图片内容控制了说话的范围，使各考生的答案有更大的可比性，从而提高了评分的客观性。
情景对话：
情景对话时，最好是学生之间的对话。教师可以设置多个情景，考试时，学生通过抽签的方式决定对话的情景，这样比较公平。抽完签后，给学生一定的准备时间。对话时根据学生的表现评定成绩。
话题表述：
话题表述也是小学英语口试的一种常用的形式，它与看图说话考查的能力相仿，也是考查学生语段的表达能力，考查学生阶段内学习内容的熟练程度。
