Hello,everyone.it is my great hornor and pleasure to share my movie preferance with you. As a movie fan, i have watched numbers of movies both domestic and abroad. Maybe you are curious about which one is the most favourate among them. Actually, it is hard for me to tell the best,because each prominent film has its characteristics. Some of them are humorous to make you laugh, some are driving you burst to tears.
But it is indeed impressive to me to review the utmost disliked film-----"Hero" which is directed by Zhang Yimou, in 2002. Although this film show numourous famous filmstars, but you can tell nothing more than its great sceens. What worse, the whole movie just tell a story of the failure assassinate the Emperor of Qin Dynasty. It is hollow on the theme and mindless in the view of narrator. It is a not-uncommon phenomenon which is arising in China movie market. I think it is really a shame to invest so much money to creat a film about nothing.

It's good to make mistake, and here is why.
First of all, mistakes are a clear sign that you are trying new things. It's always good to try new things because when you are trying new things you are growing. If you never try anything new, how can you improve? How can you expand? How can you innovate? The simple answer is "You can't".Look around you.With very few exceptions, either everything you see in your physical world or every single detail of every single thing is the result of someone trying something new.
Another good thing about mistakes is this: when you are making mistakes, you are learning. Consider this: Edison failed 10000 times before he perfected the light bulb. when asked how it felt to fail that many times, he remarked that he hadn't failed 10000 times, but rather had learned 10000 things that didn't work.
Finally, when you make a mistake you are much closer to success. Why?
Because when all is said and done, you will have tried some finite number of things before you succeeded, Every time you made a mistake you eliminated one of those things and are one step closer.
But this all doesn't mean that you should forge ahead with disregard for the consequences of a mistake. Quite the contrary, when you try something new you have to be willing to set some reasonable limits so that in the event that it doesn't work out the way you want it to, you will be in a position to try again.
We all have limited resources in the form of time and money so don't blow them all on one approach to a problem. Realize that it probably won't be perfect the first time and allocate these resources appropriately so you can learn,modify, and try it again. Only by embracing and using your mistakes in this way can you make significant advances in your business and your career.
There is an old axiom that goes, "If you're not making mistakes,you're not trying hard enough."

Your DNA is your “Decisions and Actions.” That’s what determines who you are!
If you do enough research and listen to enough scientists on human potential, they will tell you that you are precisely3) where you are in life because of the decisions and actions that you’ve taken up to this point. Understanding this is critical to going forward with success. If you are today the result of all the decisions and actions up to this point, then who you are tomorrow will be the result of all the decisions and actions you take between now and then. So, understanding that, getting your hands and mind around this DNA, is the key. Every decision you make, every action you take is either in support of or in opposition to your achievement of whatever you have determined as your own indivial success.
But understand this: If you have the winner’s DNA, everything changes. Everything is changing. You look out into the world and you see allies4) instead of enemies. You see keys instead of locks. You see solutions instead of obstacles. Getting your mind around these “Decisions and Actions” makes your path to your indivial goals that much clearer. People with the winning DNA don’t request that the path to their success be easy.They don’t even request that it be fair. They just request that it be worth it because if they know that it’s worth it, then they can do whatever is necessary to achieve it. All that is necessary, the only thing that is necessary, is that you understand that the only thing between you now and you where you want to be is all the “Decisions and Actions” that you can squeeze5) in between.
Give yourself a DNA test. Ask yourself, “What are the decisions I am making and what are the actions I am taking? Why am I making those decisions? Why am I taking those actions? Where are those decisions taking me? Where are those actions leading me? Are they taking me to a place that is worth it?” If they are, then we will all see you when you arrive; because there is nothing on this planet that can stop you. Decide. Act. And expect a great day!

But these apart, if every man were not to be a great extent the architect of his own character, he would be a fatalist11), and irresponsible creature of circumstances.
Instead of saying that man is a creature of circumstance, it would be nearer the mark to say that man is the architect of circumstance. From the same materials one man builds palaces, another hovel12). Bricks and mortar13) are mortar and bricks, until the architect can make them something else. The true way to gain much is never to desire to gain too much. Wise men don’t care for what they can’t have.

为崇高的理想而活着是一种成功的生活。使人变强大的，不是这个人做了什么，而是他努力尝试去做什么。有人说过，“恒久的警惕是自由的代价”，那同样也可以说，“不懈的努力是成功的代价。”倘若我们不尽全力工作，别人会尽全力，随后他们将在竞争中超越我们，从我们手中夺取胜利的果实。
成功越来越不依赖于运气和巧合。丧失自信是我们失败的主要原因。 性格是取得成功不可或缺的重要助力。性格是一种固化成形的习惯，是不断培养并坚信于此的结果。每个人的性格都会受到遗传因素、环境和教育的影响。但除此之外，如果人在很大程度上不能成为自己性格的构筑者，那么他就会沦为宿命论者，从而成为环境的失败造物。
与其说人是环境的造物，不如说人是环境的建筑师更贴切些。同样的材料，有人能用其建造出宫殿，而有人只能建成简陋的小屋。在建筑师将其变成他物之前，砖泥依然是砖泥。
想得到的多就永远不要奢望太多。
智者不会在意他们得不到的东西。
Time for Sunshine
Having spring around makes you feel different after such a long winter journey. How well do you feel when you have a little bit of sunshine in your life? What effect does it do have on our psyche? The power of sunshine brings us a lot of comfort, optimism, self-confidence and of course a smile. Imagine how great if would be if we were so positive all year round!
Living like this is possible if you really think about it. In order to exist in such a state of happiness though, we must have sunshine radiating from within ourselves, shining from our hearts, our minds and from our souls. I bet many of you are reading this now and saying "Yeah that is easier said than done!" And what do we say to that well, in the end that's your choice and if you think that way then your own life will reflect that attitude of yours!
In order to make 'sunshine' or rather, 'light' a part of our being It is so important that you watch your thoughts, your words and your actions so that you do not contradict what you really feel you'd like to create in your own life. Watch your thoughts and really become aware of how many negative thoughts pass through your mind about yourself and other people around you. Watch to see how often you gossip about other people and when you become aware of it you will see how often it is actually attached with feelings of jealousy, envy and insecurity about yourself.
You should also take a close look at your 'intention'. How many of you do something for another person without expecting to receive something in return? It might not even have to be a material or physical thing you expect, expecting recognition or acknowledgement for what you have done is enough to create conditions on your intention. Think about it! We may not always pay attention to what our true intentions are behind our words thoughts and actions because many of us are not aware of the power and effect they have when it comes to creating our lives.
Putting all of what I have said together, it seems that most of us are creating monsters inside of us just by simply talking, thinking and not putting our heart out with the right intention towards helping someone else. All of these things are born from a 'negative' attitude and will not help us in any way at all when it comes to bringing a brighter 'sunshine' into our lives. If you took all your negative attitudes in one hand and measured your need to feel 'sunshine' in the other, you would see how both these elements really contradict each other.
Be brave and break your patterns and your habits this spring and by doing so you will allow the true sunshine to take place by radiating out from your heart and into your life and the lives of the people who are around you!

Sometimes ,i also help my parents with th house work . although it always make me tired ,i feel happy to do it. because it canhelp my parents anf let them feel less tired>
