Ⅷ 全国英语等级考试二级口试过了，笔试考了两次没过，下次再考的话，口试也要考吗

这位朋友，根据教育部的规定：你只要通过PETS1至4级中任意级别中的任意单项考试，就内能获得该容级别单项的合格证书。
所以，你通过了PETS2级的口试，就能拿到PETS2级口试的合格证书，此单项成绩只能保留一年，如果你在一年内通过PETS2级笔试，就能获得PETS2级合格证书（含笔试和口试）。
你已经通过PETS2级口试，所以PETS2级口试合格证书可以拿到，但看你的情况应该没有在一年之内再通过PETS2级笔试，所以说，你以后就算通过PETS2级笔试，也只能拿到PETS2级笔试合格证书，而拿不到PETS2级合格证书。说白了就是：你只要在一年内通过PETS2级笔试和口试两个单项，就能获得PETS2级合格证书（一张证书），如果没有，就是两张证书（PETS2级笔试和口试合格证书各一张）
