我的观点是:我认为"名师出高徒"这一观点是错误的.首先从个人回的观点来讲,名师未必出答得了高明的徒弟.如果学生本身一心不在学习或这你要传授的知识和技能这一方面,怎么可能会静下心来听你替他传授道理,知识.更不可能会学习.再比如:学生,徒弟本身对你要告诉他的这一方面一点兴趣都没有,那即使你去告诉他深刻甚至浅显的道理,他也未必学得懂,学得彻底.从这个方面我们就看出了名师未必出得了高徒.
如果从老师这一方面讲的话,老师如果仅仅只是知识渊博,学士高明,但却不知道从何去教学生,那即使学生再认真,智商再高,也只是无计可施.老师如果从心里上就讨厌学生,一心不想教他,那也是没用的.
从中我们就得出了名师未必出得了高徒.只有两面具全,才能造就一个人才.
