B. 小学生口语大赛

这些步骤可以根据学校的具体情况适当删减。
1.初赛：为给题目自拟文章。提前一周给出所有同回学题目，同答学们自己准备文章（应该是自己写）。然后一周后分组进行选拔，每组取前三名进入复赛。
2.复赛:复赛的题目是现场回答的，提前不通知选手。但是题目的难度应该不要太大，毕竟是小学生嘛。比如分为三个环节：（1）自我介绍或介绍家里的一名成员或介绍一个朋友（三分钟）。（2）由评委用英语提一些小问题，由选手回答，比如自然常识啊什么的。（3）给出图片由选手进行描述（三分钟）
每个环节都要要打分，最后按总分排名。
注意点：最大的评分标准应该是语音语调，其次是运用语言的熟练程度，比如用简单的词语表达复杂的内容。其余的都是没有这两项重要的，比如有的同学有可能动作搞的比较花哨，但是基本上说的不多，语音也不好，这样就不能给高分，因为不是小品比赛，但是在有足够英语内容支撑下的幽默是很不错的！

简介：希望之星英语风采大赛Star of Outlook English Talent Competition
中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛是中央电视台社教节目中心主办的大型电视英语比赛,大赛本着“培养兴趣、增强信心、树立榜样 ”的原则，为所有爱好英语的电视观众提供了一个锻炼自我，展示自我，捕捉机遇的舞台。赛事秉承推动我国英语教育事业发展，培养多元化人才的宗旨，得到了国务院新闻办、中央电视台、国家教育部的大力支持、如今，该项赛事已经成功举办了8年，其深远广泛的影响力受到了社会各界的广泛关注。

大赛采用先分赛区选拔,再全国总决赛的赛程,无论是分赛区选拔还是全国总决赛,都分为初赛、复赛、决赛，比赛公平激烈。比赛分小学组、初中组、高中组、大学成人组进行比赛，一般从每年10月左右开始分赛区报名，次年5或6月全国总决赛。无论是分赛区比赛，还是全国总决赛，均评选一、二、三等奖、优秀奖等及若干单项奖。
内容：内容以口语为主，个别分赛区有笔试。口语要锻炼好。大赛进程经过分赛区选拔赛、全国总决赛预选赛和全国总决赛三个阶段。分赛区选拔赛采取在各行政区设立分赛区的形式，通过初赛、复赛、决赛三个层次进行选拔，报名的选手根据自己所处的地区到相应的分赛区进行比赛，没有分赛区的报名选手，由大赛组委会负责选拔。 全国总决赛预选赛和全国总决赛由大赛组委会统一安排。
历史记录
2000年2月至7月，首届大赛举行，全国分为7个分赛区，20名选手不分组参加了全国总决赛。最后上海外国语大学的詹莹获得了首届大赛第一名，北京外国语大学韩疆，上海外国语大学的邵惟韺分获二、三名。
首届大赛的播出，给全国火热的英语学习浪潮增添了一付催化剂，其灵活多样的比赛形式，绚丽的视觉效果，轻松愉快的风格，选手们靓丽的青春风采和高超的英语水平让观众耳目一新。
2001年2月至8月，第二届大赛举办，来自19个行政区域的54名选手参加了全国总决赛，北京大学的孙铮，杭州学军中学的钟雨柔分获成人组和少年组的冠军。选手们不仅得到了锻炼，彼此还结下了深厚的友谊。
本届大赛在社会上引起了很大的反响，观众报名踊跃。据统计，年龄最大的报名者已经是86岁的老者，而年龄最小的是3岁半的幼童。
2002年2月至7月，第三届大赛举办，36名选手从16个行政区域的报名者中脱颖而出，到北京中央电视台参加了全国总决赛。青岛市德县路小学的杨金，长春外国语学校的刘洪悦，北京语言文化大学的丁苑苑分别捧走小学组、中学组和大学组的冠军奖杯。
2003年4月21日至27日，第四届大赛全国总决赛在中央电视台600平米演播室进行。本届大赛在全国共设置了北京、天津、上海、广东、江苏、山东、吉林、湖北、四川、河北10个分赛区，来自全国21个省、市、自治区的45名选手角逐第四届“希望之星”的冠军称号。 最后河北石家庄北新街小学的贾如罄，广东深圳市东湖中学的李莱茵，湖北武汉大学外语学院的赵为分别成为小学组、中学组和大学组的冠军。
2004年4月22日至4月29日，第五届“希望之星”英语风采大赛全国总决赛在中央电视台800平米演播室隆重举行，来自全国31个省、市、自治区的90名选手经过激烈的角逐，分别夺取了中央电视台第五届“希望之星”英语风采大赛的各项称号。
