Along with jogging(健身慢跑)and swimming,cycling is one of the best all-round rorms of exercise.It can heip to increase your strength and energy,giving you more efficient musclesand a strong heat.But increasing yourstrength is not weight of your body on your feet, it's a good form of exercise for people with painful feet or backs. However,with all forms of exercise, it's important to start slowly and build up gently. Doing too much too quickly can damage muscles(肌肉)that aren't used to working. If you have any doubt about taking up cycling for health reasons, talk to your doctor and ask his/her advice.
Ideally you should be cycling at least two or three times a week. For the exercise to be doing you good, you should get a little out of breath. Don't worry that if you begin to lose your breath. Shortness of breath shows that the exercise is having the right effect(效果). However, if you find you are in pain then you should stop and take a rest.

我常常看到很多人问怎样才能练好英语口语,也知道很多锻炼英语口语的方法:背单词、精听、看美剧、多去英语角,和外国人接触交谈等等,大部分的人关注的不是这些方法,而是想知道是不是真的有效。
第四步是学以致用。当我们前面三关都通过后,说英语已经是天天做的事情,我们已经不再害怕说英语。于是,开始到英语角和陌生人进行交谈,开始上外教的课程,通过不断地和人交流英语,来发现自己的不足,来展示自己前一段的学习成果。
如果说流利的英语是我追求的目标,在2个月的刻意训练后,我已经是可以和其他人进行基本的英语交流了。
这个分步骤练习英语的方法,突破英语关不是难事,就是想达到更高的英语口语水平也是一样的适用,关键是三点:时间、教材、练习。
根据自己想要实现的目标,每天要有一定的时间来朗读,选择适合自己的教材,读到熟透为止。当然不需要等到最后再来和人交流,在学习英语的整个过程,都可以找机会和其他人练习英语口语,营造一个好的英语环境。
