However , there’re still female workers have no accesses to some jobs which’re said to be available for male only around us . Nowadays ,more and more people get to know that women,who hold up half the sky , are no longer what they were decades of years ago.The number of women who have great influence on our country or big companies is growing up rapidly.

Nevertheless ordinary women’s social status is still unfavorable. The reason why this phenomenon happens is that a social realization of no discrimination about sex hasn’t come to us .Thus ,the principle task for us is not to adore the minority inspiring women but to pay attention to the majority ones who’re still treated unequally.

What we shall do is to refuse unfair treatment in any cases and ask for no more ignorance for equal chances.Only in this way,the expected change of women’s social status will come in less years.

Autumn is my favourite season. I like it because autumn is so beautiful.

In the autumn, the weather is cool. There are lots of good things, fruits, crops, vegetables … so on. Autumn is a harvest season, a golden season.

I like autumn because the Mid-Autumn festival is in it. This year the Mid-autumn festival is almost coming together with our National Day. I’m so happy and so excited, I can eat moon cakes again. I can receive the presents from my father, too. On this Mid-autumn festival, I will go hiking, I will eat moon cakes with my father and we can stay with my family. Oh, what a wonderful season!

In the golden season, we have begun the new term, I believe that I can get a good result.

when I first stood in the front of GZCAC, I felt so excited that I could’t help shouting out that I was here, my ideal college!
Before I came to the college, Expressions on college in my heart are very perfect. However, it didn’t seemed what I wanted. In the first week, I couldn’t find the direction leading me to the right way, just like in a dim fog not to find the east and west. Besides,I couldn’t get adapted to the study environment in my dorm. As a matter of fact,I had been in the habbit of getting up early with the record on so as to listen to my English.but it was not permitted in the dorm just because English was not scene and the time of their getting up was too late.Yeah!I didn’t want to be the public enermy.Finally,I had no choice but to accept the fact .Afterwards,little by little , I became overtaxed and eventually fell victim to the Yu Men”sydrome—“Yu Men” being stressful misery. literally,I was overwrought from the pressure of work and life at college.I wanted experience and own almost everything.Emotionally,I was just like a insatiable kid whose hand had got stuck in the candy jam with too many sweets.This is me in my first semester.
Luckily,I didn’t suffer for too long from the “get everything” fantasy,Now I have found what I want in reality.I am learning which choices to make.Joining this oral English competition , for instance ,have been one.So today I stand here……Thank you.

Summer Vacation

Good afternoon, everyone! Oh,how time flies! Summer Vacation is coming to an end. This summer I am not very happy, from Mondayto Friday, I have to go to training school. Only at theweekend I can stayat home to have a rest, so I am very bored.
During Summer Vacation, somebody is very happy,because they can play outside andhave a trip with their father and mother. But I only stay at home. Everyday I watch TV, play computer games and do my homework. It’s not interesting andnothing special.
This summer vacation I think the happiest things are: makemplings with my mother and pick the grapes and red peppers with my aunt. The grapes were very big and round, it was purple, and it was very sweet; the pepper were thin and short, my mother made chilli sauce with the red peppers.
Ahh, there are ten days I canplay, I want to go out to play, but I don’t know where to go. I want to go to the park, I want to go to the bookshop, I want to go swimming and I want to go shopping…
