A. 保研面试会问哪些问题
Question 1：面试前需要做哪些事情呀？
Answer：
这个问题很大，但是我感觉也是面试成功的必要环节。主要分为这几个方面：
（1）专科课准备：主要是突击与所报导师研究方向相关的专业知识；
（2）英语面试准备：专业相关词汇，英语话题素材背诵；
（3）导师研究方向准备：可通过查阅导师论文、相关报道等了解。

Question 2：当时夏令营没有选上我，我是不是在面试的时候有什么影响啊？
Answer：
这个我可以很负责任地告诉学弟学妹们，夏令营录取不了不代表你九月份面试没有机会，至少我本身就是个例子，我没有被北京协和的夏令营录取，但是九月份我面试成功了。我从两个层面解释这个问题：
（1）夏令营招生的老师并不一定是你的老板，因为夏令营知识挑选院校一些比较牛逼的导师来招生，因此你报的导师没准压根儿不知道你报过夏令营；
（2）跟你竞争夏令营的那些优秀的孩子们不一定跟你一起来面试，他们可能去更好的学校了，或者可能出国了。
因此，学弟学妹们，不要被夏令营的小失败打掉自己的信心，勇敢地报名，信心满满地面试去吧~
Question 3：面试当天用不用给老师带礼物或者家乡特产什么的？
Answer：
这个，我倾向不带。理由：
（1）导师看中的不是你带了多少东西，而是你有没有能力研究生期间给他干活儿，而且，你带东西有时候会让老师很尴尬，尤其是在面试的场合下；
（2）面试不只是你的老板，还有几个老师你也不知道，那么你带几份合适呢？所以简单些，不带吧。
Question 4：面试当天用不用穿西装？穿什么最合适呀？
Answer：
我先说一下我面试的时候的场景，有穿西装的，有穿普通西服的，并不是所有穿西装的都面上了，但是我并没有说穿着不重要。下面我说一下面试穿衣服的原则，几个关键词“整洁”、“简单”、“质感”、“像能干活儿的”，大概解释一下，大家要明白一点，老板招你是指着你给他干活的，所以你要把自己打扮成“好学生”。
九月底十月初已经有些凉意了，建议大家可以选择一件浅色衬衣，加上一个质感的薄风衣或者外套，一条牛仔裤（切忌磨白、镂空）加上一双板鞋或者小皮鞋最好不过了。当然我也是这样穿的，感觉导师还是挺满意的哈，这样穿呢，既感觉你重视这次面试，又不感觉很奇怪。大家可以参考~
Question 5：面试当天需要带什么东西去考场？
Answer：
无特殊情况的话，基本上这些：
（1）简历是肯定要带过去的，至少5份，用文件夹夹好，不要皱皱巴巴；
（2）学校有需要报名表的，提前填好拿过去；
（3）获奖证书、论文、四六级成绩单原件，以备需要；
（4）签字笔2支，身份证、学生证等。
Question 6：面试的时候遇到自己不会的问题，怎么办？会不会影响面试成绩？
Answer：
面试的时候遇到自己不会的问题，这是不能避免的，也是大家常常遇到的，有的老师简直是故意给你出一个特别难的问题，看看你的反应。我想说的是：首先你真的不能瞎编，不懂装懂，你觉得一个研究生导师不知道你在胡编乱造吗？！其次，你要很诚实地说，“老师这个问题我不太懂，但是我对于……（与该问题相关）有所了解”；
最后说两个关键词：“真诚”和“扬长避短”。
Question 7：面试的时候英语口语忘掉之前准备的稿了，断片儿了怎么办？
Answer：
这个问题挺常见的，也是可以避免或者弥补的，我想建议学弟学妹们：
（1）英语素材（如自我介绍，常见口语话题等）背熟，背熟，背熟，重要的事情说三遍！
（2）如果因为过度紧张而断片了，首先自己暗示一下自己要平静下来，期间不要挠头或者吐舌头等小动作，可以说一些英文的语气词“well”、“you know”、“hmm”等，适当拖延时间。
（3）如果你真的想不起来了，那么只好自己临场发挥一下，或者跳过你忘记的那个部分，说一些别的。
Question 8：面试时候发现很多人的本科学校都比自己的优秀，我是不是没有希望了？
Answer：
可以说对于那些本科学校不太好的学生来讲，你所遇到对手的学校大部分都是比你的好的，尤其是你们都去名校面试去。这是个事实，也是不受你的控制的。
（1）如果你本身就是名校本科毕业的，那么请你不要自负，因为很多非211,985的孩子比你优秀；
（2）其次如果你出身“寒门”，请你不要自卑，因为你能来面试，就说明你很优秀了；但是也请你们接受一个事实，就是当一个名校出身和一个普通学校出身的孩子站在一起，你只有比名校孩子优秀很多的时候导师才会要你。所以说“希望”都是基于自己的实力基础上的，也是自己争取来的。好好准备面试，快速提升自己的水平，是一切的根本。
