简单的可以要求学生提供4、6级英语的成绩，或者其他英语考试的成绩，如雅思之类

一般来说是 听 说 读 写 四个方面。
具体的看你们公司的要求，有没有更重视那个方面的内容。
如果公司有更多翻译的工作 可以增加翻译方面的考试：汉译英、英译汉 等。
