出现这种问题，一般有两种原因——词汇量不足，或者熟练度、语感不够。
词汇方回面还是答要靠每日的积累。
关于语感，最重要的还是做听力练习。听力练习分为两类：
第一类是泛听（我们高考前的那些听力练习基本上都属于泛听）。听的时候尽量把握材料的大意和关键信息。泛听主要是为了营造英文的环境，量越大越好。
