为了让大家认识到英语在面试中的重要，求职君就拿对英语非常看重的四大来举例

大部分同学都知道英语对进四大的重要性，但英语好未必能通过四大的英文面试，而英文面试是每一位想进入四大必经的一道坎。

四大以前的面试，并没有特别强调一定要用英文，很多时候都是看面试官的心情，不同的面试官在面试中对于英语的考察是不同的，有些是中文，有些会掺杂英文，也有全英文，但最最基本的是要准备一个全英文的自我介绍，其次是对于四大单面基本的问题准备英文版本并可以用口语熟练表达。

但今年PwC已经开始要求群面阶段使用英文进行presentation，很多同学不知道如何有效的准备英文面试，因为，英文面试要考察的不仅仅是英文水平。

英文自我介绍可以说是整个面试过程的重中之重，自我介绍的目的，除了让陌生的面试官初步了解你的基本情况，更重要的是给面试官留下最积极正面的印象，引发面试官对你的兴趣，引领面试官进一步发问，并在面试官心中留下你就是合适人选的初步印象。

一个好的自我介绍，可以成功帮助你实习与面试官的“破冰”，形成一个良好的互动氛围。

4、完美ending

和应聘的岗位匹配，总结一下之前自己提到的观点，然后表示感谢面试机会并表达期待加入公司。

5、反复练习

常用练习方法：

• 微信语音练习，可以去掉你不易发觉的口头禅，反复回听矫正，练习口语语气；
• 对着镜子练习，可以练习表情及肢体语言；
• 找同学、朋友，甚至是陌生人，彼此点评，模拟面试；
• 如果觉得还是不行，先问问自己是否有练习过100次。

自我介绍的目的在于要让面试官对你产生比较深刻的印象，有一些基本原则需要遵循：没有语法错误，简洁精炼，立意明确，这才算是一个合格的自我介绍。

你可以通过讲故事或者举例子的方式在HR心中为自己构建画像，总结来说就是既要标准化，但也要有个性化，太过个性化也不太好，很容易偏离话题中心，具体到哪种程度就需要自己提前演练拿捏。希望对你有所帮助。
