② 英语口语证书!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
没有什么专门的口语证书，能证明口语的，主要还是口译类证书。
现在中国主要的版三大口译证上外的中高权级口译证，北外和教育部考试中心合考的全国外语翻译证书（口译）考试，人事部的口译证。人事部的最难，教育部的次之，上外的再次之。但是就算是最简单的证书考试，还是有一定的难度的。如果只有CET四级的话可能有点困难，可以从上外的中口考起。
但是，证书只是证书，一张纸，现在中国的证书太多了，有很多人拿了证书不会开口说的。
而且船厂的话，技术类英语，机械英语，合同英语由于专业词汇和术语的运用，和一般的英语不同，工厂里用的英语不会用太多华丽的辞藻，语法也都是很简单的类型，主要还是用的词汇比较特殊，所以呢，只要多掌握些常用的词汇就行了，没有想想的那么困难的。
我见过那些搞机械的外企员工，他们说起英语来也就是那么回事。没什么好怕的。
③ 机械工程专业英语作用
作用对于做机械的来说意义还是很大的。如果你从事的工作是外贸类的（需要同国外回客户沟通的），答这就派上大用场了。因为首先做机械的有专业知识，但是专业英语的能力不足。如果你是学习机械专业英语的，首先你都已经有一部分机械基础的知识了。要不然也不可能学会那些专业词汇。这样你就可以找一些需要机械基础的外贸工作。我都有接触过很多这样的工作。每个工作都是机械行业的局部，你等到接触这部分的时候再去细心钻研那一块，还有英语基础。这样的人最好了。
所以这作用可是很大啊。。。。
