1)别墅：Single Family House, Single House,或者就是用house,这里的house就是指独立的房子。一般不太用villa这个词。
2)联体别墅/城市别墅：townhouse，几乎不用cityhouse。
3)商品房/单元房/公寓：condominium或者就用apartment，简称APT。
4高层住宅：high rising，比如high rising apartment。
