This thesis develops an innovative Cockroach Colony Algorithm (CCA) based on cockroaches foraging behaviors to efficiently generate feasible solutions and to clarify the mystery that other evolutionary methods often proce infeasible solutions which take a relatively big portion of the population, especially while handling problems with more independent variables, more local optima and heavily constrained. To demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method, the numerical studies have been performed for some benchmark problems with nonsmooth cost functions (Unit Commitment, Dynamic Economic Dispatch, and Static Economic Dispatch). The basic goal of solving the Unit Commitment (UC) issue is to properly schele the on/off states of all the units in the system, and minimize the system proction cost ring the period while simultaneously satisfying operational constraints. Most researchers propose Feasible Unit Committing Scheles (FUCS); however, FUCS lacks of efficient techniques to easily obtain Feasible Economic Dispatch Solutions (FEDS), penalty functions that are difficult to set nice coefficients are therefore used to transfer infeasible economic dispatch solutions into feasible regions. Because hard to set proper penalty parameters, they may spend tremendous computation time transferring infeasible solutions into the feasible regions. In addition, this thesis presents useful algorithms for FUCS, and uses CCA combine repairing strategy for FUCS, especially to form modified boundary equations of the feasible region to CCA for FEDS.

一、分级考试具体应对策略：根据以往的经验，建议大家好好把握军训的闲暇时间好好应对军训期间最重要的考试。具体策略如下，仅供参考：

1、带上一本四级单词用书，没事背背单词。

2、带上几份阅读教材，有空做一做题。

3、带上高三所用的英语复习教程，适当温习一下里面的语法知识。
