② 如何准备大学英语四级考试24

第一阶段：夯实基础

1. 词汇
四级所需掌握的词汇量为4000左右，若一天记忆100个单词左右，那么剩下一个多月时间正好可以完成。

为熟悉记忆，当天所记单词必须在第二天、第三天进行复习，依次循环。如若时间较紧，可下载四级常见词汇表，以缩短复习时间。注意：词汇是通过考试最重要的环节，一定要坚持。

2. 阅读
一般来说阅读有四种题型：事实细节题、词义及语义判断题、推理判断题、主旨大意题和观点态度题。三十天分别练习这四种类型的阅读题，即一种题型一周（如练习书中分类不同则按不同分类分别练习）。

每天完成三篇，分为三个阶段：①掐表完成阅读题，7、8分钟一篇最好；②检查答案，找出错题错在哪里；③细读，总结阅读技巧并找出不会的四级词汇。

3. 听力
四级听力有三种题型。短篇新闻、长对话、篇章。在第一阶段每七天专项练习一种题型。每天听30分钟。设定几篇为一个部分，先全部听完，再检查答案，最后将错误的多听几遍并找出原文里不会的生词，全部背下来。

4. 写作
每两天一篇。尽量多练习各种类型，并使用模板句型进行训练。写得时候不要查阅生词，写完被批改后，可自行再修改阅读。

5.翻译
每天做两段。并阅读相应量的翻译材料，要偏向中国文化。

第二阶段：真题强化

此阶段为真题强化阶段，必须做完至少从15年至17年6月的所有真题。

第一步：做真题时完全以四级考试时间为标准。先写作文，30分钟。其次听力，再阅读，最后翻译。完全做完后对照答案并计算出分数。

第二步：查出所有生词，牢记并学会用法。当然阅读内有非四级词汇生词，注意这些单词不用记忆。

第三步：分析错误原因，查漏补缺。做完几套要对比几年真题的语言点，会发现很多语言点是重复的。

第四步： 即使是真题阶段，每天也应阅读定量翻译材料。

此阶段更加关注做题技巧和思路，及时进行反思和理解。重点练习自己的薄弱单项进行系统化的强化练习。

第三阶段：模拟冲刺

1. 此阶段为模拟题练习冲刺阶段，为期9天，每天应完成模拟题1至2套，方法与第二阶段相同。

2. 如在模拟初期发现有特别薄弱环节，应专门加强此题型的练习。

3. 继续阅读翻译材料。

4. 考前最后四天，开始背诵作文模板。

5. 考前最后一天晚应全面复习。
