情况：它办校至今已有百年历史，始建于清光绪30年（公元1904年），坐落在县城东南的老东坡下，背靠青山，侧临绿水，校内青杉挺拔，
繁花似锦，绿草茵茵，是一个静心求学的好地方。它占地总积13333平方米，校舍建筑总面积4737平方米，校园绿化面积3800多平方米，运动
场面积1500平方米。这里共有教职工63人，教学班24个，学生1058人。它坚持以质量求生存，以教研教改促进发展，多年来一直承担全县小
学教育研究和实验示范任务，为龙陵县基础教育事业发展做出了卓越贡献，保山地区重点学校之一，它也为龙陵县的社会经济发展做出了有
目共睹的贡献。
实习的基本内容包括三部分：课堂教学、班主任工作。
基情况如下：
1、课堂教学：完成教案数为8份，上课节数为16节（英语、语文、数学、品德、自然、音乐、美术7个科目）。
2、班主任工作：组织一次“我做文明小公民”的主题班会。
3、带领学生出了一期黑板报。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，使得我不得不昼夜苦读；另一方面我也深深地体会到教学相长的深刻内涵。备
课、上课、改作业……日复一日，无数琐碎平凡的事构成的我实习生涯的主旋律。
首先，我请班主任给我 一份名单，因为我知道，记不住学生的名字，看似小事，其实它在学生眼中是很重要的，如果记不住学生的名字，学
生就会觉得自己在老师心中没有地位。觉得老师不关心自己，甚至会产生隔阂。而后我便找了个机会认识了全班同学，下课后同学们都围着
我唧唧喳喳地说：“老师，你怎么才来就知道我们的名字呀？好多老师教了我们一年都没记住我们的名字。”这也使我明白了：沟通是一种

时，有人建议我使用强制方法。比如说罚站、罚蹲等。诚然，这种方法可以勉强维持班级秩序。然而，这也无疑加深了老师与学生之间的隔
