我和你我四级不抄到四百分，考研英语57分，虽然不是很高但是我已经很满意了。
首先要克服单词难关，单词每天多看，反复、重复，尽量缩短背完所有单词的周期，一轮一轮不断重复，不要担心忘记，其实单词就是忘了背、背了忘，不断重复记忆的过程，要跟它们至少混成脸熟。
其次要精读考研阅读，“得真题者得天下”，反复做，第一遍自己做错了没关系，再做一遍，看答案知道文章大意之后再浏览文章。

不重要，有翻译的单词只是因为它没有涵盖在你的教科书里，出题人默认你不会这个单词所以翻译出来方便你理解。你应该更重视那些没有翻译而你又不会的单词。

我觉得复你想读得更有趣的话，先把中制文版本的看完，然后再尝试英文版本。
看英文版本时把字典备在身边，准备随时翻字典。
这样阅读就不至于让许多不会的单词消磨了你所有的阅读兴趣，而且因为提前看了一遍中文，更容易理解。
