❶ 求仁愛版英語教材教法
背景:
本人作為教研員，有義務和責任深入教學一線，與一線教師共同探討教材的使用，切磋教材的處理和評價教材的優點與缺點。我縣初中近八年來，先後使用過「冀教版」、「人教版」。現選用仁愛英語教材已有兩年。針對教材的選用，教材選用委員會成員之間的分歧很大。對於我縣來說，小學英語教學實在是太薄弱了，僅有城關地區的三所小學能正常開課，鄉鎮小學只能斷斷續續地由非英語專業教師代課。考慮到進入初中的基礎參差不齊，「仁愛版」就成為了我們的首選。因為「仁愛版」是真正意義上的七年級零起點新課程標准英語教材。
通過推廣和使用這套「仁愛英語(Project English)」教材，本人認為,教材對教師使用時有一些最基本要求.以下是本人對「基本要求」的一些不成熟的觀點，請各位同行指正：
一.要求廣大英語教師再認識新課程標准
新課程與舊課程最根本的區別在於理念。新課程所蘊涵的先進的教育理念反映了當今時代經濟全球化、文化多元化、社會信息化的特點，體現了世界教育發展的趨勢，折射出了人們對美好未來的追求。新課程發展的核心是新課程理念的落實。能否把國家的意志、專家的思想變為廣大教師的教學行為，這是新課程改革能否成功的關鍵。新課標的課程價值在於它富有時代精神，能讓每一個學生的個性獲得充分的發展，培養出豐富多彩的人格，是現代課程價值的取向，是實施素質教育的關鍵所在。新課標在總體目標上關注學生健康人格的發展；新課標在教學思想和教學方法上強調整個教學過程都要以「學生為中心」（learner-centered）和「學習為中心」(learning-centered)，鼓勵學生自我導向學習；新課標在教師和學生的關繫上主張營造民主、寬松、和諧的教學氛圍。課程標准在「實施建議」中明確指出：「尊重每個學生，積極鼓勵他們在學習中的嘗試，保護他們的自尊心和積極性；特別要關注性格內向的學生和學習上有困難的學生，盡可能多地為他們創造語言實踐的機會。」
二.要求廣大教師對傳統英語教學與現代英語教學進行詳細的再比較
傳統英語教學僅僅只是對語言知識的傳授，強化語音、語法和詞彙的教學，使之形成一定的語言技能。而現代英語教學除了對語言技能的傳授之外，對文化意識、語言知識、情感策略、學習策略等互相滲透，從而形成綜合語言運用能力。新課程標准吸收了現代英語教學研究的理論成果，改變英語課程過分重視語法和詞彙知識的講解與傳授，忽視對學生實際語言運用能力的培養。
三.要求廣大英語教師對教材進行全面的了解，學會統籌使用教材設計的各種內容
（以七年級上冊為例）
要准確理解教材的使用指南（Guide to Project English）。 教師只有準確地理解教材的使用指南，才能有的放矢。如：pair work\group work設計的目的就是鼓勵學生通過體驗、實踐、合作、探究等方式，發展學生聽、說、讀、寫的綜合語言技能。又如：Read and understand 設計，就是要通過廣泛的閱讀訓練，幫助學生提高正確的理解能力和恰當的語言運用能力。
對Scope and Sequence 部分要有清晰的輪廓。如在每一個Title下面均設三個Topic, 每一個Topic均有不同的Functional Items\Structures\Target Language\ Vocabulary 來支撐上述內容。教師對此部分內容有清晰的輪廓後，對於教材內容的增加、減少、改編、整合、重組等都有重要的意義。
對附錄(Appendix) 部分絕不能掉以輕心。課文注釋（Notes to the texts）是學生自己理解和識記的重要內容。是學生自學的英語和領悟英語的最好材料，學生對這部分內容進行「內化」後，就真正成為自己的「東西」。新課程標准強調對跨文化的了解。即對所學語言國家的歷史地理、風土人情、傳統習慣、生活方式、文學藝術、行為規范、價值觀念等的了解。
對語法（Grammar）部分要做好「對比」講解。如：存在英漢差異的有：詞類（Parts of Speech）部分，漢語詞類的分類里沒有「冠詞（article）」；名詞復數的變化；可數名詞和不可數名詞；（如很多學生就不理解，為什麼「錢」是不可數名詞？）人稱代詞的主格和賓格；基數詞和序數詞等等等等。新課程標准對語法的要求是不能「過分強調」，但並不反對適當的語法教學。
四．要求廣大英語教師對仁愛英語多媒體電子互動教材正確使用
（2009年10月26—27日，北京仁愛教育研究所在貴陽市舉行仁愛教材培訓，並免費贈送七年級和八年級多媒體電子互動教材，我縣一共獲贈三十餘套。）
仁愛英語多媒體電子互動教材包括電子教科書、仁愛英語原配課堂、仁愛英語多媒體互動光碟、仁愛英語原配音標課堂等。多媒體互動光碟安裝操作簡單，運行快等特點。教師們如果掌握了這套光碟的正確使用，教學工作將會達到事半功倍的效果。如：「電子教科書」的「背單詞」部分，操作就很方便，有「背單詞范圍選擇區域」，很容易進入你想選的區域內容，可以點選順序播放或隨機播放單詞，還可以點選單詞中文提示或播放聲音，對練習中出錯的單詞還可以反復復習。在背單詞輸入框里，可以點擊正確答案，並可以點擊顯示當前單詞的音標，顯示內容過多時可以使用滾動條查看內容。又如，電子圖書課本頁面醒目清晰，凡標有星號「＊」的地方就有課文重點和難點，點擊星號「＊」，就可以彈出課文重點和難點。重點和難點語言精練，簡潔易懂，對學生自學、無師自通有不可忽視的作用。多媒體互動光碟「句子跟讀」的設計，更是符合我們農村學生自學的需求，此設計有目的性地跟讀課文中的任意一句，進行逐句攻破，達到徹底熟悉課文，最後達到能夠獨立順暢地完成課文的朗讀。
仁愛英語原配音標課堂（互動多媒體國際音標課堂）是學生真正告別「啞巴英語」和「中國式英語」的有效工具。該光碟對每一個音素的講解都安排有詳細的互動操練過程，對每一個單元的學習都有及時鞏固的復習方略。音標課程設計按零起點開始，有淺入深、由易到難、層層遞進。對每個音素都點撥發音技巧，總結發音要領，是教師教授或學生自學打好啟蒙英語基礎的好幫手。
總而言之,伴隨著新一套教材的啟用,生機盎然、萬象更新的教學改革的春天正向著我們走來。我們堅信，學生的潛能是無限的，教學的創造空間是不可估量的。我們教師不僅要做課程的實施者，更要做課程的研究者和發展者，爭做專家型、學者型的教師。
