析:析語境可知,我不知道該說什麼應為過去性動作,don』t應改為didn』t。
4.根據連詞的對稱性原則用錯時態
例 At once I apologize and controlled myself at my best till the dinner started. (04江蘇)
析:根據and的對稱性原則結合原文時態環境應將apologize改為apologized,以與後面的controlled在時態上保持一致。
七、語態的錯誤規律和改正方法
語態錯誤主要體現在該用主動語態卻用被動語態,該用被動語態卻用主動語態。考生應根據句意分析主語和動作的執行與承受關系,從而使用正確的語態。
例 As we were all left home at an early age, we met lots of problems in our daily life. (04天津)
析:leave表離開時無被動語態,應去掉were。

八、主謂語一致錯誤規律和改正方法
主謂語一致錯誤常設計為主語為復數動詞卻用單數,或主語為單數動詞卻用復數。解題時考生應認真分析主語的單復數,並配之以單復數形式正確的動詞。

析:主語information為不可數名詞,所以謂語動詞應用單數,are應改為is。
九、動詞錯誤規律和改正方法
解題時考生應以動詞為突破口,分析句子是否有動詞,其含義和形式是否正確。
1.少用實義動詞(尤其缺be)錯誤
例 I often dream of ∧ a teacher. (04湖北)
析:此處缺少實義動詞,應在of後面加being或becoming,表成為。
2.動詞誤用錯誤
例 Maybe you could come ring the winter holidays. Uncle Ben will also go back for Christmas.(NMET 95)
析:前句動詞用come,後句go前邊的also表也,所以go應改為come。
十、非謂語動詞錯誤
非謂語動詞錯誤主要表現為動詞與非謂語動詞混用錯誤及非謂語動詞各種形式混用錯誤。考生應注意只要不做謂語就不能用動詞形式而只能用非謂語動詞形式,並學會根據非謂語成份選用非謂語動詞形式。尤其值得一提的是,作主語或賓語由不定式或動名詞擔任,作目的狀語由不定式擔任,作伴隨狀語由現在分詞擔任。

析:分析語境邏輯和句子成份可知,此處應作伴隨狀語,因此Shake應改為Shaking。
十一、介詞錯誤規律和改正方法
介詞的把握除了掌握介詞的含義和用法外,還應多記固定搭配。另外熟悉介詞賓語的表現形式也很重要。
1.介詞的一般性錯誤,即多用、少用、誤用介詞錯誤。

析:表嘲笑應用laugh at短語,to應改為at。
2.介詞後不用賓格人稱代詞錯誤

3.介詞後動詞不用動名詞錯誤

析:without為介詞,後面應接動名詞作賓語,have應改為having。
