what與how引導的感嘆句分述如下：
一、以what引導的感嘆句，一般有三種形式，此時what為形容詞，作定語，用來修飾它後面的名詞或片語。
1、what+a/an+形容詞+可數名詞單數+主語+謂語！例如：
What a good girl she is!
她是個多麼好的一個女孩啊！
2、what+形容詞+不可數名詞+主語+謂語！例如：
What bad weather is it?
多麼糟糕的天氣啊！
3、what+形容詞+可數名詞復數+主語+謂語。例如：
What good students they are!
他們是多麼好的學生啊！
二、how引導的感嘆句也有三種結構形式。此時how是副詞，用來修飾其後的形容詞或副詞，也可以修飾動詞。
1、How+形容詞+主語+謂語！例如：
How hot it is today! 今天多麼熱呀！
2、How+副詞+主語+謂語！ 例如：
How fast he runs! 他跑得多麼快呀！

④ 小學英語語法口訣
1.數詞變化規律及讀法口訣
兩大數詞基和序，前表數量後第幾。 構成先談基數詞，1至12請認真記。
13至19teen結尾齊，ty結尾表示幾十。 若要表達幾十幾，幾十短橫1到9。
One hundred 一百記，若表幾百幾十幾。 幾百 and幾十幾，基數規律上述里。
再把序數談仔細，第一至三獨立記。 第四至十九結尾th,第廿到九十有規律。
基數基礎y變ieth。第幾十幾有特例，第幾十由基數起，幾用序數有道理。
第一百one hundred。若說第一百幾十幾。 One hundred and第幾十幾。談此即告一段落。
2.一般現在時用法及句型轉換口訣
經常習慣動作和真理，是一般現在時的定義。構成除單三皆動原式。若逢動詞第三人稱體，
動詞變單三式有道理。若要變成否定的形式， 動詞原形之前加don』t,除單三人稱外無特例。
單三式前doesn』t動原基。句首Do,Does疑問起，Does用單三人稱限制，單三還原形沒大問題。
3.變動詞單三人稱口訣
一般情況動詞尾-s加。O,s,ch,sh結尾「-es」沒有差。 輔音加y 去y為「-ies」是方法。
4現在分詞構成口訣
詞尾直加-ing是一般式，若遇無音e去之加-ing。
重讀閉音一輔音字母尾，雙寫該字母-ing是正里。
8.形容詞和副詞比較級和最高級構成口訣
結尾直加-er,-est屬一般，詳細構成方法逐一來侃談。
一輔音結尾重讀閉音節看，輔音雙寫-er,-est是習慣。
輔音加y(ly)除外有型感，按照去y,-er,-iest方法辦。
上述皆屬單音部分雙音段，下面把多音節規律來看看。
詞前加more,most此規律喚。規則變化到此已全都談完。
有些不規則變化請你記全。「雙好」better,best記的寬。
「壞病」worse,worst莫記亂。「雙多」 more,most不用管
「老、遠」兩種形式別記篡，「有點」less,least記清盼。
5.感觀使役動詞記憶和使用口訣
1.記憶口訣：二聽四看一感覺，使役動詞有三個。
或：一感二聽三使四看。
一感；feel 二聽：hear,listen to 三使：make ,let ,have
四看：look at,see,watch,notice
使用口訣：感使動詞真奇怪，to在句中象妖怪。
主動句里它走開，被動句里它回來。
動詞let要除外，to詞可來可不來。
10.規則動詞加-ed的讀音口訣
母音後[t]，濁音後[d]，[t][d ]後讀[id]。
註：濁音包括濁輔音和母音。
6.時刻表達法口訣
時刻表達法作用大，衣食住行離不開它。 整點時把點鍾數打，時分俱全不好表達。
請記下列幾種方法：先時後分莫給弄差。 若要說明幾點過幾分，可把past和after來抓。
前分後時不能搞差，要說幾點幾分差， to前分後時來表達。
7.形容詞和副詞的比較等級及用法句型口訣
一者比較用原級。比較級限二者比。三者三者往上比，最高級的用法起。
若要比項掌握齊，比較范圍要搞細。比較級二句型記，做出句子沒問題。
若甲乙程度相同，as…as 結構體。甲某方面不及乙，用 not so/as…as表示。
