首先這個句子沒什麼高級語法，通俗易懂，時態我就不多說了
先說翻譯（意譯）：我的觀點總是被接受，這是我的幸運。
然後是語法：第一，it 是形式主語，真正地主語是後面的my idears have been accepted 。
就像初中的時候我們學過的it is +形容詞+to do，邏輯上的主語其實是後面的to do sth
注意把它跟強調句區別開來，不是所有it is + that就是強調句。。
第二，時態是現在完成時LZ應該懂。

這個介詞on，是因為我們常說：on the day.
如果先行詞是year, 我們常說：in the year. 所以後面的定語從句也常用in which來引導。
