學習音標，背單詞，熟悉基本的語法知識，積累到一定水平後再進入下一階段的學習。看看句子的構成，熟悉文章的結構。開始的時候可以用寫日記的方式強化自己的水平，可以通過一些翻譯軟體看看同樣一句話別人是怎麼表達的。最後也可以嘗試著閱讀一些中英雙語的雜志書籍。

聽力訓練：這個著重於多聽，畢竟我們在中國，沒有那麼純凈的外語環境。但我們可以通過看外文影視來提高自己。初期建議看一下簡單的動畫，學著記憶他們的發音，後期可以慢慢地接觸美劇等，最後直接脫離字幕練習。

學習英語是隨時隨地的：在學習的過程中，並不是要在固定的時間內學習，而是可以隨時隨地的進行學習，在生活中，大家很容易就會接觸到英語，比如智多猩三維學習法就是日常事物編寫的學習方法。
