1. proved是起修飾作用的.整句話的原句是what he said which is proved to be true。proved是來修飾what he saidwhich is 可以省略.
2.light可作名詞, 加上ed原本light即為lighted則是形容詞,故加ed,而fell是fall的過去式(你可能記錯了)
3.remaind是起修飾作用,原句應為much things which are remaind to be down.much remaind to be down則是其縮略式,remaind是來修飾much things的

最基本的一點，時態混亂。
1.have 最好為have had。現在完成時+since+過去時的句回子是比較常用答的用法。
was 和are 時態矛盾，當然如果作者認為後面這句話（taught後面）是客觀事實或真理什麼的倒是可以。
2.stuff 最常用的意思是填充物，個人認為可能不太適合放在這里，還不如用standard,雖然簡單一點，但是異議少。
3.how's...going 在這兒是什麼意思？原諒我孤陋寡聞不太清楚，求高手解答。
4.主謂不一致。把定語從句去掉後成了 "the only stuff are..." 明顯的主謂不一致。我不知道樓主原意到底想表達什麼，因此不予修改。
5.status 我寧願相信這是樓主的筆誤...
