On the other hand,the rapidly growing global transactions between the two big countries(China and USA),have seriously affected their own trade.
For the vast number of developing countries,especially China(the largest developing countries),TBT has become the concern of many economists.
It is usually put as both an opportunity and a challenge.
In this essay, we may explore reasons for the formation of TBT and analyse the relevant provisions on TBT in the United states.
Besides, it issues what China is confronted on TBT nowadays and how she will solve TBT problems.
Also,a number of suggestions are given.
B. Purpose of the study
TBT is the most important barrier to China's trade.
The standards and rules of TBT are not only complicated but also related to many other fields.
The first question may be "Why does TBT exist?"
In recent years, the trade volume between China and America has soared dramatically.
