Ⅱ 英语语法:一般过去时
如果句中有动词,就用原型。句中有动词,一般疑问句用助动词开头(do did does)
句中无动词,就用版Be动词开头

1) 概念:过去进行时表示在过去某一时刻或某一段时间内进行或发生的动作。其形式为was /were + V-ing。常与表示过去的时间状语连用,如:last night, last Saturday,this mornig, all day, from nine to ten,等;或者与when, while, as引导的过去时间状语连用。例如:We were watching TV from seven to nine last night. 昨天晚上七点到九点的时候我们在看电视。
What was he researching all day last Sunday? 上周日他一整天都在研究什么?
My brother fell while he was riding his bicycle and hurt himself.
It was raining when they left the station.

特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词+was/were+主语+doing+其它

1.Did you want to see it?这句错误。你不觉得这句很怪吗? 你想去看它吗? 这是一句直接问对方的句子,所以不存在过去,应该改成:Do you want to see it?
2.告诉你,只要是一个疑问句,那么疑问句里面的动词都必须变回原形。例如:上面的Do you want to see it?"want"就不可能变成“wanted” 而后面有个“see”这是因为不定式(to do)后面的动词都要变成原形.
3.I want to see it. 中如果要表达过去想去看它,那么该句子中want就可以改成wanted了。但see是接在不定式后面,所以还必须是原形。但必须强调的是,一个句子中最多只能出现一个谓语。其他的像动词的单词叫非谓语,比如“to see”就是非谓语了
4.由由be动词组成的一般过去时的句子
举例:I was happy yesterday.
She was angry with me.
5.Be动词后面一般都是接形容词,如上面的happy和angry就是形容词了,但还有另一种情况就是接动词形成被动语态,比如:I was hit by him.我被他打了
6. i was quite want to see it
i quite want to see it
i want to see it quite
以上3句只有第2句是正确的:quite是副词,用来修饰动词want,译为:我十分想去看它。

一般过去时也叫单纯过去时。
例A:Mr. Smith bought a new car yesterday.
(史密斯先生昨天买了一辆新车。)
例B:They were here only a few minutes ago.
(几分钟前他们还在这里。)
一般过去时的用法如下:
一般过去时最明显的现象就是常由表达过去之时间的副词或副词短语来修饰它(如各例句的斜体字部分)。这些常用于修饰一般过去时的副词有:yesterday,yesterday morning (afternoon,evening ),just now (刚才),before (以前), then(at that time ) (当时),last +时间 (如 last week,month,year,Monday,… January,… spring,…,etc. ),that +时间 (如 that day,afternoon,summer,…,etc. ),时间 + ago (如 a few minutes ago,two weeks ago,years ago,… etc.)
“过去”的概念并不是只指如 “yesterday,last week,… ” 等,实际上“与现在对立的过去”,亦即“非现在的以前”,哪怕是“过了说话时间的几分钟之前”,只要所要表达的时间与说话时的“现在”形成对立,就必须使用一般过去时来表达。例如:
He was here only a few minutes ago.
(仅仅几分钟前他还在这里。)
I came home just now.
(我刚回到家。)
在A项我们说明了“this + 时间, today,etc.”的时间副词常用于修饰一般现在时,但是实际上只要是“与说话时的现在”对立,就必须使用一般过去时。例如:
