首先这个句子没什么高级语法，通俗易懂，时态我就不多说了
先说翻译（意译）：我的观点总是被接受，这是我的幸运。
然后是语法：第一，it 是形式主语，真正地主语是后面的my idears have been accepted 。
就像初中的时候我们学过的it is +形容词+to do，逻辑上的主语其实是后面的to do sth
注意把它跟强调句区别开来，不是所有it is + that就是强调句。。
第二，时态是现在完成时LZ应该懂。

英语的语法并没有封顶，很多情况下也可以打破常规。虽然有人用了，但也不能说它就是对的。
ps： 在不强调的情况下，but, except, for 等介词后宾语用反身代词或人称代词宾格均可。

我们常用抄one/ones来替代前面出现的袭可数名词的单数或复数形式。如：
I don't like this hat. Please show me another one.
这里的one就替代前面的hat.
原句中的the one就是指前面的the day.在它后面，是个定语从句，你没有写完。因为先行词是表示时间的day. 所以关系副词是when. 也可以用介词+which来转换这个when.所以就成了：on which.
这个介词on，是因为我们常说：on the day.
如果先行词是year, 我们常说：in the year. 所以后面的定语从句也常用in which来引导。
