学习音标，背单词，熟悉基本的语法知识，积累到一定水平后再进入下一阶段的学习。看看句子的构成，熟悉文章的结构。开始的时候可以用写日记的方式强化自己的水平，可以通过一些翻译软件看看同样一句话别人是怎么表达的。最后也可以尝试着阅读一些中英双语的杂志书籍。

听力训练：这个着重于多听，毕竟我们在中国，没有那么纯净的外语环境。但我们可以通过看外文影视来提高自己。初期建议看一下简单的动画，学着记忆他们的发音，后期可以慢慢地接触美剧等，最后直接脱离字幕练习。

学习英语是随时随地的：在学习的过程中，并不是要在固定的时间内学习，而是可以随时随地的进行学习，在生活中，大家很容易就会接触到英语，比如智多猩三维学习法就是日常事物编写的学习方法。
