我可以很負責的告訴你抄，沒有一種考試能有效提高交際英語水平的。考試都是模式化的東西，即便像雅思和托福口語也是有套路可循。我人現在英國已兩年，當時考雅思來的，分數也不低可是到了跟人說話的時候那些為了考試背的東西真起不到作用。還是建議多看看英文原聲電影，到旅遊景點什麼的找老外聊聊，他們在異國他鄉也希望有本地人能聊天所以不用害怕。
如果你還是想用考試提高，那建議報托福，貴是貴了點但考試強度比較大，尤其有超長時間的口語自述。准備的時候可以每天對著麥克風說，然後錄下來，每天比對這樣能督促自己進步。

『陸』 急：英語口語考試，題目是「介紹你喜愛的一道中國菜的做法」
1、把西紅柿洗干凈，切方塊狀；
2、雞蛋2個，
3、先把雞蛋炒好，然後盛出待用；
4、再把西紅柿放鍋內炒到7分熟；

建議你讀一些聽力的材料,這個最容易在口語考試中出現了,而且每年的題目都有一些能在聽力材料中找到原型

最後一點,你在說的時候,不要太快,要有停頓,和老師有眼神的交流等等;
