一定要先背完課本單詞
首先 課本（如果你用的是人教版）里的單詞一共有3000個左右
背完課本內單詞 你的詞彙量就容已經在同齡人中算中等了
而且 高考閱讀的詞彙的生詞量的規定是百分之五
所以 課本單詞佔百分之九十五啊 是相當重要的
一定要好好背扎實了
不僅是課本上的意思 最好還可以被下那個單詞的常用搭配
另外 你所說的高頻單詞 只是一些商家的幌子
最好的累計課外單詞的方法就是 做閱讀
多做閱讀既可以鞏固課內的 也可以開拓課外的
而且你的分數很低 並不是掌握什麼高頻單詞足夠的
背單詞 要大量 要扎實！

3. 高考英語口語考試常用語

1.勤奮和持續堅持。大多數人學不好英語根本的原因是懶惰和三天打魚兩天曬網。
2. 把英語當成一門聲音而不是文字來學。英語首先是一門聲音，文字不過是聲音的標本而已。所以大量的聲音輸入和輸出是必不可少的，早期要多運用耳朵和嘴巴，少用眼睛一個兒童學會母語靠得就是聽說，打通耳朵是其學習語言的第一步，它首先在它聽不懂的噪音里建立聲音秩序。
3. 建議從學單詞開始就聽音背單詞，建立起人對英語單詞聲音形象的條件反射能力。而且英語單詞的拼寫大多數是有規律的，你記住了它的聲音，拼寫也就簡單了，你說也就能脫口而出了。

對於單選題，生詞不是很多，根據基礎的語法點，背或讀句子就行。這樣可以培養語感，因為一個語法點的句式是不會變的。
作文盡量用簡單的句子，防止看卷的人挑更多的毛病。背一些歷年高考題作文答案中的開頭句，結尾句，轉折句。應該就沒問題了。

6. 有廣東省高考英語口語考試經驗的請進！
1、PartA生詞一般不會太多，如果你記不住標准朗讀的音標的話，那就按照自己想讀的去讀，只要不卡就行了。這一部分是考你的語速的，不會掐你的發音。
2、PartB我記得去年的不是人機對話，是給你一段對話然後根據對話的內容來回答問題（某種程度也算人機對話了吧= =），一定要在聽對話的時候記住對話的內容，最好寫在草稿紙上，寫下關鍵詞就行了。這一部分是考你的聽力的。至於「對問題加以修飾」我實在看不懂這是什麼意思......
3、PartC是看視頻講一個故事，當然要擴展所給的內容，先翻譯了中文的那段介紹，再根據想像擴充一下，最好加一點個人的見解，比如你覺得故事的主人公是個什麼樣的人啊，他的品德哪裡值得我們學習啊……之類的。這部分考的是你編故事的能力和你整體的語音語調，最好有點感情。不需要讀的太快。
