首先要背單詞 因為你是在一家外資企業做外貿單證員 一些專業詞語專一定要掌握 其次要確定要屬練什麼式發音的英語（有英式 美式 西班牙式 葡萄牙式 等等） 再多看一些外國原版的電影 最開始時邊聽邊看看字幕 等覺得可以時把字幕去掉 這時若能看懂那你已鍛煉到一定境界了 如果覺得上面的招數太費勁的話 買本新概念2和3 再配個磁帶 天天讀1-2個小時 肯定會有成效

我好懷念我家後面的草地啊！那時我家還沒有搬家。後面的草地便成了我童年時的另一個可以放鬆心情的家。有一次，我因一件小事和父母吵架了，我哭泣著跑到後面的草地去。那邊還有一棵非常大的樹，我一下就跑到它的身上，訴說我的委屈。那時，我的眼裡，它就是一個善解人意的媽媽，而周圍的小草小花就是我的兄弟姐妹，它們好像能聽懂我的話，能理解我的委屈。小草的葉子歪了，花也垂下來了，就連大樹的枝椏也倒下來了，一副無精打採的樣子。它們好像在說：「你的委屈就是我們的委屈，你的快樂也是我們的快樂；你哭，我們也哭，你笑，我們也笑。」我聽了這話，馬上擦幹了眼淚，露出一個大大的笑容。這時，小草的脊樑骨又挺起來了，花兒又笑了，大樹的枝椏又立起來了，我高興極了，開心地與它們嬉戲。
