Q1:我也覺得可以。不過6級確實和人事部二級的要求不一樣吧。先說筆譯，我是英語專業的，只考過專四、專八，沒有看過6級的題，不知道難度怎麼樣。不過我想專八肯定比6級難吧。我和同級的一些同學一起考了09年11月的人事部二級筆譯，6個人過了3個，而且都是緊貼分數線（60）過的。基本上練習多了筆譯的綜合能力部分是沒問題的，就靠詞彙、語法和閱讀什麼的，很常規。不過實務（也就是翻譯）有很多人都是50幾分。這個還是得多多練習啊，我們系有開翻譯課程所以也系統學了點。所以你在練習的同時最好也看看翻譯教程，可以學習學習翻譯的技巧。
至於口譯嘛，不知道你學過口譯沒有。這個通過率極其低哦。我覺得，沒有一兩年的練習——包括筆記（可以看看林超倫的實戰口譯），數字的練習，反應能力等，我覺著還是不要貿然報。我們系有人考了兩三次都不過的，挺浪費錢的。現在還好，500多一次，以前近一千呢。
Q2：這個看個人吧。我考筆譯的時候真正准備就是考前一周把模擬題做了一遍，練練綜合那部分，還有卡卡翻譯的時間。不過那段時間我們一直在上翻譯等課，自己也在准備考研的翻譯，所以應該對翻譯有很大幫助的。我覺得如果想要有把握的話，提前3個月或以上准備吧。或者你可以先找一套模擬題做下，估算下自己大概能得多少分，再看看報什麼時候的也可以。推薦外文出版社盧敏主編的教材。不過這是說筆譯哦，口譯我覺得真不好說。
Q3：反正多一個證總是能證明點實力的。不過你在報社如果是主管中文方面的話，我覺得有和沒有沒多大區別的吧。
