2009級第3學期普通班期末口語考試說明
考試時間：2011年1月10日-14日。由任課教師安排好考試順序，隨堂完成。
考試形式：學生兩人一組（可以自由組對）參加考試，每組測試時間共4分鍾。
考試內容：要求兩人隨機抽取話題，或由任課教師指定話題，進行4分鍾對話或討論
（無准備時間）。
口試評分：滿分100分。考察1）語音、語調 2）語言表達能力 3）內容的豐富性
注意：1. 不得以任何理由提前考試。
2. 如果前半周完成口語考試的老師，後半周繼續上課。
3. 考試時，不得把分數泄露給學生。

Just as the two sides of a coin,it is really just depends which way it lands,to the people who start the war, yes it solves problems but if you ask the people who were made to fight them they would say no. It certainly solves some problems. WW2 got rid of the Nazis for instance, at least for the time being. without the war, we'd all be Nazis now.
Let's take the ww2 as an example.The Second WW destroyed Germany and Japan. The USA saw that by helping these two recent enemies we could turn them into allies against the USSR, which was quite clever. After 1945 country after country declared its independence Some obtained it without any fighting - India and the Philippines for example. The British fought a bloody war with the Mau Mau over Kenya, and France fought bitter wars with former colonies Algeria and Vietnam. Vietnam was an especially complex war with Communists, royalists, Chinese Communists, Soviet Communists and American capitalists all fighting. As a result Vietnam was wrecked.
So we can say,we don't like war ,but we aren't afraid of war. We should remember the lessons that the war left us ,and cherish the peace we have had to make us more stronger and make the world much more peaceful.
