為了讓大家認識到英語在面試中的重要，求職君就拿對英語非常看重的四大來舉例

大部分同學都知道英語對進四大的重要性，但英語好未必能通過四大的英文面試，而英文面試是每一位想進入四大必經的一道坎。

一個好的自我介紹，可以成功幫助你實習與面試官的「破冰」，形成一個良好的互動氛圍。

和應聘的崗位匹配，總結一下之前自己提到的觀點，然後表示感謝面試機會並表達期待加入公司。

5、反復練習

常用練習方法：

• 微信語音練習，可以去掉你不易發覺的口頭禪，反復回聽矯正，練習口語語氣；
• 對著鏡子練習，可以練習表情及肢體語言；
• 找同學、朋友，甚至是陌生人，彼此點評，模擬面試；
• 如果覺得還是不行，先問問自己是否有練習過100次。

自我介紹的目的在於要讓面試官對你產生比較深刻的印象，有一些基本原則需要遵循：沒有語法錯誤，簡潔精煉，立意明確，這才算是一個合格的自我介紹。

你可以通過講故事或者舉例子的方式在HR心中為自己構建畫像，總結來說就是既要標准化，但也要有個性化，太過個性化也不太好，很容易偏離話題中心，具體到哪種程度就需要自己提前演練拿捏。希望對你有所幫助。
