從英文網申、四六級要求、英文筆試、英文寫作到英文面試，英語一直是求職過程中的隱形炸彈，尤其是對於四大來說。

為了讓大家認識到英語在面試中的重要，求職君就拿對英語非常看重的四大來舉例

大部分同學都知道英語對進四大的重要性，但英語好未必能通過四大的英文面試，而英文面試是每一位想進入四大必經的一道坎。

四大以前的面試，並沒有特別強調一定要用英文，很多時候都是看面試官的心情，不同的面試官在面試中對於英語的考察是不同的，有些是中文，有些會摻雜英文，也有全英文，但最最基本的是要准備一個全英文的自我介紹，其次是對於四大單面基本的問題准備英文版本並可以用口語熟練表達。

但今年PwC已經開始要求群面階段使用英文進行presentation，很多同學不知道如何有效的准備英文面試，因為，英文面試要考察的不僅僅是英文水平。

和應聘的崗位匹配，總結一下之前自己提到的觀點，然後表示感謝面試機會並表達期待加入公司。

5、反復練習

常用練習方法：

• 微信語音練習，可以去掉你不易發覺的口頭禪，反復回聽矯正，練習口語語氣；
• 對著鏡子練習，可以練習表情及肢體語言；
• 找同學、朋友，甚至是陌生人，彼此點評，模擬面試；
• 如果覺得還是不行，先問問自己是否有練習過100次。

自我介紹的目的在於要讓面試官對你產生比較深刻的印象，有一些基本原則需要遵循：沒有語法錯誤，簡潔精煉，立意明確，這才算是一個合格的自我介紹。
